I rented a car (on arrival they never had the car I rented). I returned it at another location due to convenience and I had a flight to catch, my account was charged for 3 extra days at an increase rate, even after telling them the car was at X location and getting a closed out confirmation email. It’s been over a month and I was just told by the manager not to keep calling asking about my refund as he already spoke to me and that’s what I get for dropping off at another location. PLEASd go anywhere else but here

Dana at the Fordham location was very friendly and did an excellent job making sure we understood everything we needed to about the car and the rental agreement.

I had a great experience at enterprise, staff were very professional, yet pleasantly cool. Pick up was smooth and drop off was even smoother. Luxury car, great pricing. I definitely enjoyed my experience renting with enterprise.

Great customer service at the Fordham/ Third Ave location. There just needs to be more attention paid to the interior cleaning of the vehicles. More detailed cleaning, vacuuming of seats, stains on seats etc. We live in a COVID/ Monkeypox world now and cleaning has to be a priority.

The staff was extremely knowledgeable and extra helpful. Everyone there was super professional and kind. They allowed me to wait inside the office due to the high temperature while I waited for my rental to get treatment for cigarette smell. They kept me updated throughout the process and gave me a full tank of gas. I am surprised how smooth this process was and extraordinary satisfied with the service I received. Thx you!

I rented from the Third Ave location although I tend to have many issues with actually acquiring a vehicle with enterprise. It can be hit or miss. But I must commend the manager Jay, I have run into him at another location as a very irate customer but this particular experience was extremely great. The way he is able to handle adversity on the job and peoples bad attitudes and continue to show them respect despite their treatment towards him. Thank You for being you! And Thank you for the great service And I appreciate the 2022 vehicle it was awesome and your awesome Jay! Much Love to you and all your co workers! The rest of the staff was extremely friendly. Jay made my rental happen No matter what! And I was looking sharp on the road and im sorry for treating you poorly in the past and being patient with me! God is good it was meant to be

I’ve rented here a couple of times. The team works very hard to get every customer out in a efficient time and the vehicle of their choice especially for the space and cars they have available. I’ve personally spoke to the Branch Manager Jay every time I come and his team are always professional and on point. I appreciate Ebony, Isaac, Jay and the rest of the team for always making sure my experience is a memorable one that keeps me coming back.

The staff and Manager are very professional and helpful. I never have issues at this enterprise when renting. Always have the latest version of cars. No complaints whatsoever. Great place!

I made reservations online 2 weeks in advances. Pay in full to find out they don't have no more car on the lot and couldn't give me a car and take forever to refund me my money, and the guy was so rude.just disappointed. I would recommend getting a car to rent from here.

Your rentals at this location. Super bad customer service. Reservations was at 11 was told that I had to wait 2 hours to then get told there wasn’t any car available for me. Don’t come here trust me.

First vehicle I was gi e Bluetooth didn't work. It took them 2 days to put me in another vehicle. The new vehicle needs a lot of front end work. It's dangerous to drive and very scary. Something needs to be done.

The Enterprise Rent-A-Car Bronx E. Fordham Rd.location is not honoring reservation rates,
I made reservations back in November, and the rate on the reservation confirmation is $1,235, the rental should start today, but upon pick-up, the branch manager charged me $4,000,
looking up now the reservations at enterprise.com, it still shows $1,235, but he won't honor it!

Joimeme Tirone and his staff are amazing in customer service at the Fordham location in the Bronx. They are very efficient, accommodating, and do their best to get you out in a timely fashion. The cars could be in better condition.

I've rented cars from here on many occasions and very recent as always I've found the employee very helpful and informative, if there is a dispute on price, they are willing to listen an try to resolve matters favorable to the customers. Yes I would recommend.

The vehicle was not the one I had expected but it was ok and the deposit was way to high for a rental I did not reserve due to my personal vehicle being hit the other person insurance company provided the reservation for me so this should had been treated as a courtesy rental and I should have paid less out of pocket for my rental not 300.00 in a money order and I only getting 108.00 back in a check by mail smh contract did not expire yet

So, original I gave a 5 star review. They meaning the associates gave me false information about the toll information. I was told by the associate that I would receive a bill for the toll in the mail. But, of course I didn't so I see a charge onto my account. I call enterprise toll number and they original give me a hard time. She states there is nothing she can do she (representative) is the supervisor. I said we'll I need to speak to someone who can. I'm on hold for about 5 mins give or take a few. And then she gets on the phone and says we will charge the ez pass normal price and refund me my remaining balance. So, this is why I'm writing and review has changed. No receipt has been sent/ no confirmation email. So, for all I know she lied just so I can get off the phone. If there is no proof of return payment of over charge. I will drop it to a 1 star.

They were very helpful, courtesy and understanding. Went out of their way to ensure I reached my drop off location safely. Great team and work. I was 100% satisfied. Cannot remember specific names but the manager, my check rep and check out rep were awesome!
