Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Yonkers NY

Completely satisfied with my rental and the customer service I was provided. Everyone was very professional, pleasant and reassuring. I recommend enterprise over any other car rental company any day of the week!

Chris and his staff, at the Tuckahoe Road location, are fantastic. I have had car issues, lately, and have had to rent three times.

I have always been accommodated with very courteous, friendly and professional service. I have come to know the Staff by name and appreciate what they all do for me.

I don’t even think about going to another rental car company or another location.

I've used this Enterprise location before and had zero issues and the staff was friendly and courteous as well as quick to closeout my contract and return my debit deposit. However, this most recent experience with them will cause me to seriously reconsider possibly ever using them again. After returning my rental which had barely any heat * (in NY) and the windshieldwipers didn't work * (it was pouring), it has been over 10 business days and I still have not received my debit card deposit. They can certainly take that hold quick enough to secure their interest but they could careless about it taking over 2weeks to return it. That is from the corporate level as well. I will be submitting a complaint to the better business bureau today. Good luck to anyone who may have to use a debit card to rent from them. You may never see your money back.

Gave me an already damaged vehicle
And trying to charge me for it. Car smelled like weed and dirty. Switched out for another vehicle when a cheaper one was available, car was worse than the first one. Not to mention before going there i already reserved a smaller vehicle that was closer to what my insurance would cover but once i got there they stated there wasnt a small car available and that i would need to purchase a bigger one, typical bait and switch pitch. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN. And WILL NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. Glad i took pictures of the car before hand.

I called to make some inquiries and spoke with Rosa. She was professional, helpful and polite. She is an asset and she be commended.

THIS ENTERPRISE LOCATION STOLE MY ITEMS AND DISTRIBUTED THEM THROUGHOUT 2 LOCATIONS. CHRISTINA & TREVOR WHO ARE SUPPOSED TO BE MANAGERS SAID THEY WOULD GIVE MY ITEMS TO THEIR EMPLOYEE DIAMOND AND LETS JUST SAY DIAMOND DID NOT RETURN ALL OF MY ITEMS TO ME. I HAVE BEEN REACHING OUT EVERY DAY TO SEE WHERE MY DESIGNER SNEAKER ARE AND THEY HAVE NOT REACHED BACK OUT TO ME. ROSA AND TONY AT THE YONKERS LOCATION WERE OF NO HELP WHEN MY ITEMS WHERE LEFT BEHIND.

NO ONE HAS REACHED OUT TO ASSIST ME AFTER I HAVE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES LOOKING TO SEEK HELP AND INVESTIGATE THE ISSUE. THIS IS JUST STEP ONE OF MANY THAT I AM GOING TO TAKE UNTIL I RECIEVE MY LUXURY ITEM

They only had 1 car available which was out of my league. They car is leaking on the inside. The defrost works only sometimes. Iam extremely uncomfortable driving it because of the size. The rep advised they will call me asap when they get a smaller vehicle returned. That was a week ago.

Diamond, Diamond, Diamond. Ask for Diamond. She truly made bad rental experience better. She was courteous, pleasant and breath of fresh air. I won't go into details but she definitely needs to switch positions with the manager. It doesn't hurt to be nice. Thank you for your help. She deserves a raise.

I have been to 5 different enterprise locations in the past week. The service at all those locations were disgusting and extremely disappointing. I called this location and the manager Chris answered the phone. I explained how frustrated I was with this process, the disrespect I have been receiving, the back and forth with all the other locations and still didn’t have a rental. He immediately apologized and guaranteed me that he would do his best to find a solution. He did just that. He found me a car and when I got to his location, him and his entire staff took care of me. They were COURTEOUS, EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, POLITE & SUPER FRIENDLY! Jackson was who finished our transaction and he was passionate about his job, you can tell he loved being at work & love what he does. I don’t care how far you are from this location, it is worth the travel. Thank You to everyone at this location for all your help and professionalism.

No complaints at all. The car was fine-it ran perfectly well, no problems, clean inside and out. Service was excellent-the two people I spoke to on the phone and saw at the office could not have been nicer or friendlier. Just the kind of experience you would hope for!

I’m writing this review after turning in my rental today. I’ve rented the car for 3 days and all I can say I’m happy all around with this establishment and their customer service/ staff team. They are very attentive and try to get you in and out quick BUT with the right Car fit for you. Now I did reserve ahead of time online of course and it wasn’t the car I was expecting but similar (like stated online) and worked just fine for me and my kids getaway week. So Thank you Enterprise and keep up the good work!

The staff and managers were incredibly friendly and supportive, making what’s usually a daunting experience, practically flawless. I highly recommend this Enterprise location. We’ll be using their services again in the near future.

Because I was in an accident this was my first experience with any car rental service I went to enterprise on Tuckahoe RD Yonkers. I had such a great experience Rosa, Diamond and Edward were very friendly, hands on, and knowledgeable. They gave me such a great experience.

I've been renting from this location for over 10 years. New cars, always cleaned but the best, the customer service provide. They know how to treat customers, Rosa Pena is very smart and she does a great job at this location. Totally recommended.

The customer service I experienced was amazing, they were very attentive to detail and when I returned my rental they were busy but made sure they put me in a Uber to where I needed to go.
