Enterprise Rent-A-Car, New Rochelle NY

Great service. Love new location due to the space to pull in. Car was nice, clean and ready to go. Got exactly what we needed.

The staff were very friendly, courteous and professional. The vehicles were really nice. I will continue to go there when I need to rental.

I really was hoping to give a great review as I met some great people who worked there. Unfortunately, I was given bad information. I had to put my car in the shop for some body work that my Insurance company (Allstate) was going to pay for under a claim that I filed. When they brought down a Cadillac SUV I said, whoa I cant afford that car, I need a subcompact. They said they didnt have any but would honor that rate. I said, really? My cpverage is for only $30/day. They said no, Allstate covers you for $47/day and this car would meet that price, I said okay. When I got reimbursed by Allstate it was based on $30/day. I called Allstate and they asked me why I didn't use the reservation that they set up for me-and I said what reservation. They gave me a reservation confirm number. And they told me that it was Enterprise's responsibility to tell me that the reservation was already set up. I called Enterprise and they said that that was not true. So I now have two major corporations pointing the finger at each other and we all now how that ends-me paying the difference. So my only recourse is to give both of them bad reviews.

This Enterprise location is professional, friendly and courteous. They are focused 110% on customer satisfaction. Michael does an excellent job of explaining things, he is patient and understanding. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

THE CARS ARE LATE MODEL, CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED.

I don't think I've had a better experience renting a car. From the time I booked and received a pleasant confirmation phone call, then picking up the vehicle I was warmly greeted and helped promptly all the while they were very busy, to return, it was an extremely pleasant experience. My vehicle did smell like someone had smoked in it, there was no wiper fluid, and the fob for the key was beeping telling me to change the battery. I told them and they were willing to have me come and change vehicles. I was unable to due to meetings but was appropriately compensated upon the return of the vehicle. When renting from the same area it would be hard for me to book anywhere else.

Amazing staff and location. Megan was super friendly, helpful and so nice. Facility is indoors and clean. Car was great. All around a wonderful experience.

It's Enterprise: a clean and efficient car, a courteous staff who do everything by the book but unfortunately the car stank of cigarette smoke (and whatever soap they use to cover it up).

My experience with Enterprise is always AMAZING. They go above and beyond to make sure that I am able to drive off with a rental.

Very friendly and professional staff. They were eager to help out and gave me a great deal. They did not have the small car i reserved, but gave me an upgrade at a fair (though slightly higher) rate. All in all, great value and service.

I’ve been coming to this location for a few months now for whenever I need a rental for my personal needs. And when I tell you the service here is great I mean it. The staff is always welcoming and makes sure the customer leaves feeling satisfied. I’ve never ran into any problems with this location my experience here is always great. Thank you to the staff at this enterprise location for your professionalism and great customer service. 10/10! Would definitely recommend this location to anyone!

Great customer service, Representative Liz went out her way to make sure everything was great with my rental. Even call the next day to let us know that there was a bigger vehicle available if I wanted to change the vehicle I already rented
