Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Middletown NY

Solid 1 due to dishonesty. Idk where the information was given to me both a Geico representative and Enterprise kind of BS me on a rental. Geico said they cover 300/ cover the car. I go to Enterprise its a 300 down payment as a "cover" and its "free". I only have to pay 50 for actual rental which was fine. 10 days later I return the car and they take money away from the 300 saying it was a cost per day yet when we spoke they mentioned nothing of it and said the 300 was supposed to be returned on returning the car.

Solid 1. At least they were nice about scamming me.

I always use Enterprise while traveling and will continue to do so! Great business experience! Bravo Ray and Chris!

I will also add well-mannered gentlemen a trait that is sorely lacking in society!

These guys were amazing. I had a small accident (everyone but the goose I hit remained safe) and my car had to be repaired. Initially, my insurance booked the Enterprise in another town, but these guys easily changed it over to their branch. They picked me up at work, and were so pleasant. Then, just one more quick phone call when the time was extended for the repairs. The Middletown 211 branch was so polite and quick that I was relieved (I've never had to rent a car before) they made it so easy for me. This really could have been a nightmare, but all the parties I dealt with were wonderful and I'm grateful my insurance works with this company

The team at Middletown Enterprise on rt211 was awesome from start to finish. At no point of the process did I feel like it was a task because they were very responsive and provided communication the whole time.

My car broke down, as a snow storm was coming In. They worked with me quickly and easily. Got me into a car and back home before the first snow flake fell. Worth the travel (there is one store closer to me, I prefer this one)

Exceptional Service! Emily was fantastic, she picked me up and dropped me off when I returned the car. Her energy was was amazing l, they accommodated my last minute reservation change, and never kept me waiting. The only place I will use for my car rental needs.

Arrived 6 minutes late to pick up my reserved vehicle and was told to come back the next day. I missed my aunts funeral, no compassion.

I phoned to rent a vehicle around 4: 45 and had to take an Uber to get there due to my vehicle being in the shop.they said they had a vehicle there for me but when i got there at aprox 5: 15 they told me they did not have a vehicle for me.being that late in the day i was unable to find another vehicle elsewhere to rent. If you know you don't have a vehicle to rent don't tell me you do and waste my time having me have to UBER there to find out you do not in fact have a vehicle.

I reserved a car night before and got it in the morning, however when I got the car there were some error message coming up on dashboard for safety issue. I brought the car back and there was a manager who went above and beyond to help me get a different car that suited me need and gave me a free upgrade for my trouble which was very nice. Manager name I believe to be Ray and he was very polite and understood my concerns and addressed it right away. When I returned the car a week later, there was an associate who helped me and he was extremely polite and nice. Great experience definitely 5 star experience. I will definitely go back

My family and I rented a vehicle for the Christmas holidays and the manager raymon was awesome he handled the issues we had very well

Enterprise in Middletown, NY in my opinion has the best customer service. I highly recommend this location. The last 2 times I've rented a car from here Alex has been tje rep to tend to me. Great help he is; he's gone above & beyond.thank you.

The assistant manager I think his name Chris is horrible at his job unprofessional at its finest he doesn’t know what’s going on he doesn’t check all his information before proceeding with his job he even had the nerve to cancel my contact with my insurance people at 4: 30 pm when they were closed an expected me to contact them an have them send a new contract in short time notice after I was called in to trade the truck I had in for different car because they needed it I ened up waiting a hr to get into the other car an because he canceled the contract I had to pay out of pocket for two weeks till the insurance fixed the problem all this after being in an accident an during the holidays! Horrible horrible horrible I do not recommend doing anything with the assistance manager at this location!

Excellent service from start to finish. The Branch Manager, Ramon Gillian is the true definition of superb customer service.

Ray and the chill dude that drove me home are the best thing to happen to Enterprise. Newburgh location was rude and lied. Ray at Middletown made it fun! Thank you
