Great place and service excellent management keep up with the good work

I would give this place a zero if I could. Be careful of signing the contract before you rent the car. When we took the car the young lady asked us if we want insurance coverage and roadside assistance. We said NO! We didn’t need all that because we have triple AAA roadside assistance and full insurance coverage. We were charged for all of it and when we went to dispute it. Garrett said you signed a legal contract and there’s nothing he can do. You should’ve have looked at what you sign! We always rent from them at OTHERS location and never had an issues. Not only was he rude when I came to the office. He turned the table and made it all our fault because we signed the contract. So be careful and read everything when they hand you the iPad to sign before you take the car. We will never rent from them again.
