I recently had a horrible experience with enterprise. I rented a car for four days and left my wallet in the car when I called and asked that I can come pick up my wallet they insisted they check the car and my wallet was not in the car I called back again to please re-check. They were persistent on not checking the car because they said they already checked it. Two weeks later I received my wallet in the mail from the next person who rented the car. She stated that she found it in the car when she left enterprise. Thankfully this nice citizen mailed me back my wallet. Unfortunately I already had to cancel all my credit cards and get a new drivers license. Registration and insurance card issued to me along with many other personal documents.

Impossible to rent the car I booked 2 months ago due to the fact I have a french debit card. They are requiring a credit card.unless you book from airport. The unfair part is that I gave this card to book 2 months ago without any alert from the company. Fortunately your competitors allow those cards which are the only ones available in Europe. You won't see me again.

Outstanding experience and great customer service. Even though I made a mistake in my timing for reservation, manager was keen to solve the problem fast and offered a solution providing us a great vehicle. Thank you very much to Assistant Branch Manager Mr Jefferson Francois!

They took my money on a debit card, but once I went there to pick up my card, they would not accept it. It was not made clear to me at the time of rental only in the fine line details. They gave me no options so that I could get a car and left me stranded out of state. Would’ve been nice for them to offer me an alternative, but they would have no part of that, they did not care whatsoever. I will never use them again.

It's not fair to me their prices are so expensive omg but looking on the bright side if the car was in excellent condition
