My family has rented plenty of cars from this location as it’s pretty close to the only place in town

it’s ridiculous we not a small family at all and we usually rent bigger cars vans, trucks, big suvs, etc.and every time we have rented a vehicle here it’s never what we rented. It’s always some small vehicle, if I wanted to rent a small vehicle I would have if I’m booking and paying extra money for something bigger I should get it. Wouldn’t be a issue if it only happens a cpl times but every time is ridiculous

If you run a business that says you can have this car on this day then you should get that car on that day period. It’s called customer service and I’m pretty sure they could care less about a customer.

This is coming from a person who’s been in the customer service field all his life

They always have my reserved car ready for me. My only request is that they have their vehicles better maintenance. Sometimes the questionable engine lights come on while on lonely roads.which is a little scary especially in bad weather. I still recommend them as long as the vehicles don't fail on me.

You do not get to speak with a real person, Just prompts. No matter what dates you give it they're always booked up.

Great customer service. They always make sure i have the right vehicle to suit my needs

Had a friend go through them and they were very helpful and offer a different variety of cars to drive. Not bad prices. Great quality vehicles and service.
