You have to come and get your rentals hear from Jose or Joe. They are the best in the game and their patient!

Excellent service. My #1 choice when renting a car (which I do often). Jose & Joe are always so helpful.

A young man totaled my car and I needed a loaner. Wow, the staff were friendly, courteous and efficient. Initially they gave me a large SUV, which I don't drive. Upon finding out my preferred car they gave me one as soon as it arrived.

The car was clean and sanitizers were available.

We came early, however, we drove off the car even before our scheduled arrival.

I highly recommend Enterprise with confidence.

After trying 5 different rental places- I ended up here. I'm based in Stamford, so I was looking for closer options. Jose was very helpful on the phone and told me he could accommodate my needs. Like many of the other places, he did not have a car immediately available, but rather than dismiss me from the phone, he started thinking of options for me. Within in an hour, he had a solution and a car for me. The car was cleaner than any other rental I had previously used- and Jose could not have been more professional and welcoming. I just returned the car today- very easy process- great pricing- and great service. I will travel to Portchester anytime I need a car from now on.

I have used this location several times. The employees are friendly, helpful, and explain everything to you. There hasn't been a long wait either.

Bait and switch…Enterprise said they had a Tahoe and we agreed on a price. When I arrived 20 minutes later, they would only offer me a Honda with an empty gas tank. Enterprise has gone way down hill lately. Edita, the manager was unhelpful.
