Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Liverpool NY

The vehicle we reserved was not there. So we wound up.spending More money. Wich actually worked out for the better.cause it was a better ride.location was not best for me.but we made it work.

Ben and the other staff were not only professional but very accommodating. They picked me up at my home and they also took me to the dealership when my car was ready for pick up. Customer service to me is a thing of the past but not here. From start to finish this group was amazing, thank you all for everything!

My son had been an accident and we were able to contact Enterprise for a rental and we literally had him in a vehicle within 2 hours after his accident. Luckily he was okay and they did put him in a comparable vehicle. The return process was also very easy we could have left it at Northside collision but we decided to return it ourselves since it wasn't an inconvenience. The turn return went very smoothly and they were very professional.

Profession and courteous staff. My experience here has always been top notch. Military veteran managed office and it shows as everyone here is on their game and customer focused. I will always come back for my rental car needs.

Staff went above and beyond and assisted my family in numerous facets. I am tremendously grateful for this experience and I will use Enterprise Car rental again. Seth and Holly were exceptional!

I reserved a Full Sized vehicle and when they arrived at the body shop to drop it off, they tried to give me a little Economy car. The young lady said that was all they had available. I told her that vehicle wouldn’t work because I am 6’ 5” and that’s the reason why I upgraded to a larger vehicle. I ended up having to take the vehicle that another Enterprise employee was picking her up in, a Silverado truck. It didn’t bother me that the vehicle wasn’t disinfected or cleaned, but what did bother me was it needed an oil change (the alert would come on every time starting the vehicle), it needed an alignment/rotation (bad steering wheel feedback at 60+), and wiper blades. I cannot believe that Enterprise would allow this vehicle to be rented in that condition. I don’t know what the sense is in reserving a vehicle, only to be given whatever they want or have available. The saving grace is that the manager of the location credited my account and profusely apologized for the errors. I hope that in the future, I actually get the vehicle I reserve, and it is mechanically sound.

We always have success with Enterprise. Cars are good and easy to pickup and return. I do wish they would fill the gas tank before renting. Keeping track of the gas level is a pain

I've recently been in contact with this location regarding the possibility of picking up a comparable vehicle to the one I just lost. Zoey and Gerry have been absolutely amazing. There was no car on the lot that was similar to mine that I would be comfortable in, but they have been calling me everyday to update me and keep me in the loop. I couldn't wait any longer to get a car so they put me in the most similar one possible and are actively working on swapping me out to something exactly like my initial car so that I am comfortable with my rental. I cannot speak highly of this team and I am so grateful to be working with them on this (through what is normally a very stressful process). Bravo to these two amazing people, and thank you for taking a little bit off my shoulders as I navigate through this hard time. Definitely recommend, 10/10. Best experience I've had yet with any rental location.

Needed a car due to an accident. Zoe was very polite and helpful with all my questions and concerns, so if i ever need a car i know where to go. Even received calls to make sure i was running smoothly.
