Awesome customer service and attitude of the employees. Jacob did some switching around for me with my reservation. Car was clean and had no issues. Would recommend this location to anyone.

Came in with my husband after they found out our roommate can't drive his vehicle. When a worked asked someone can he get started with helping is there was not communication. Yes he was on the phone but a thumbs up on down would of sufficed. He has to ask nother two times before he got an answer. Was told as long as there was a chip with the name of the person my husband could of gotten the rental. AGAIN NO COMMUNICATION ABOUT WHAT CARDS THEY TAKE. I sent money to my husband on cash app. They looked at like they had never seen it before then said no we don't take it. There needs to be better CLEAR communication to customers! Also asked to speak to the branch manager I stayed while my husband was driven back to our house to get his bank card bc cash wasn't accepted. Waited for about 15 my husband came back we got the rental NO BRANCH MANAGER EVER CAME OUT TO TALK TO ME!

Needed a rental for a one day trip. The staff was super friendly! Walked me around the car to inspect it, made a note on my contract about a certain scratch on the car just so I wouldn't get charged for it. Was a quick and easy transaction and car was just what I needed for my trip. Would definitely rent from them again!

I rented out an Audi A5 for my Virginia Beach trip and I gotta say those guys at the office were top notch the best and the best customer service I ever experience I would highly recommend. They’re easy to communicate, very professional, accommodating, and very respectful. If I can give them 10 stars I would.

Horrible place to rent a vehicle from. They do nothing but harass you if you owe them even $20… I expected to pay at the end, but they charge you $250 right off the bat for any different vehicle you’d choose. They’re nothing but young children running this location.

I needed a quick car for a work trip and had a great experience at this location. The employees were professional and personable and had me back on the road with no issues.

My experiences with Enterprise at this location has always been outstanding! From the warm greeting upon entering the office to the genuine welcome home upon return. This past experience, I traveled to Philly for a volleyball tournament for my daughter. When I returned the vehicle, the same young man was at the desk from which I took possession prior to my trip. As I approached he asked me if I like the Jeep Wrangler, the vehicle I had used, and asked how my daughter's tournament went. That personalized service and the simple fact that he remembered me and the purpose of my trip, along with the history of this type of customer service, will keep me coming back to Enterprise.

I was involved in an accident in ky and the person who hit me had nationwide insurance which covered the repairs on my car and my car rental. I was very impressed with how great Jacob (I believe he is the manager at this location) is. He made the process of getting a rental very easy & stress free. Absolutely a great guy! I won’t go into too much detail but he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I needed a little bigger of a vehicle due to medical issues, Jacob was unable to get in contact with the case worker at nationwide to get it approved that day so he told me not to worry about it he would take care of it, I was concerned that i would get charged for the additional cost, Jacob said not to worry about that & I would not be charged even if they didn’t approve it for some reason (which they should have approved it because the car there client hit was a full size car). The vehicle I got was very clean, and drove great. After aprox 1 week of having the car I found out my car wasn’t going to be done the day he thought. It was going to take an extra 2 days. I called enterprise to talk to Jacob but he just left for the day and I talked to Jessica (I believe she is the assistant manager at this location). I explained to her what was going on and asked if I needed to bring the vehicle back or if there is anyway I could keep it a couple more days ‘til my car was done. Jessica looked at the file and said they were still waiting for approval from nationwide. She said she would try to get hold of Nationwide for the approval for the 2 extra days.and for the bigger vehicle etc. Again I raised Concern about being charged for the additional time and the full size vehicle. Jessica said not to worry about it that I wouldn’t be charged for it. After my car got fixed, I dropped off the rental vehicle at enterprise. Jessica checked in the vehicle. & told me she would call me and close it out as soon as she heard back from nationwide. Jessica was absolutely wonderful, she asked how the vehicle was and if I had any issues or concerns etc. I will absolutely be using this location for all of my future rental needs. They are absolutely great. You can tell they actually care about Their customers.
Around a week later Jessica contacted me and said that the file was closed, my $100 deposit was credited back to my credit card and everything was all set.
(From my understanding Nationwide did not cover the extra cost and Jacob and Jessica kept their word & I wasn’t charged anything.
The customer service that I experienced here was absolutely exceptional. I would give ten stars if possible, I would very highly recommend!

To Enterprise; I was told I would be receiving a survey in my email in regards to my experience with enterprise on camp rd in Hamburg. Unfortunately I have yet to receive any survey. I was looking forward to filling out that survey & giving credit where credit is due. Absolutely amazing staff!

Kind friendly staff, always go out of the way to make sure that the customer is always taken care of, fast speedy, gets me in and out and very painless.

Their customer service is unmatched! I’ve used this branch for multiple rentals over the years and I’ve been happy with my experience every single time! Great group of people working at this location!

Had a great experience at this location a few weeks back, specifically working with Assistant Manager Joseph "Joey" DeMarco. Joe was so great to work with and was incredibly accommodating throughout the entire process, especially making my pickup and drop off as pain free as possible.
