Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Woodside NY

Note to GEICO It is essentially a criminal Enterprise that in no way maintains the Enterprise standards of quality or customer support.

This place will sell out its insurance customers any time it gets a better deal from the public.

I got a verbal confirmation when I booked through the 800 no. AND a follow up call from their office confirming it, but when I got there they denied this booking existed - even though I showed a call log from their office and had two adult witnesses in my car at the time!

Needless to say, they made no attempt to source a car from a sister office for the abvious reason that they are in cahoots, as I found out when I went to said sister office on Queens Blvd!

If you think you must go, at the very least get your order in writing. But it probably wouldn't matter because they consider insurance customers disposable. And they will lie to straight faced!

Also, don't believe the ads - THERE IS NO WAY THEY WILL PICK YOU UP OR DROP YOU OFF!

I have used other suburban Enterprises in the past and I was highly satisfied but this is a bandit operation. If you don't believe me read the other comments on poor maintenance and dangerous cars.

PS I did complain to Enterprise.

Crickets.

Buyer beware!

Had to get a rental because of my car going to the body shop. The rental process was super easy and even though my car needed wipers we were able to quickly resolve it.

I rented car on September 18, workers so friendly and professional.

Honestly one of the best rental experiences I’ve ever had - once you can find it! Really nice and engaged staff, I never felt like I was being upsold and car did what was needed while my car was in the shop.

5 ️ for customer service. However, some cars are not well maintained. I rented a 2021 Mazda 3; its brake was horrible. Tires were below 25 PSI. I had to inflate. Do a test drive before renting it.

Second time renting from enterprise. However this time will be my last time. When it came time to close the contract there was an agreement on how much everything was however 2-3 weeks later my card continued to be charged with miscellaneous charges. When trying to resolve the issue and find out what the exact charges were for, the branch and the customer service line would continue to redirect me back and forth and not provide any answers. After a strenuous process I was finally able to speak to the area manager in which she did not have the answers to the charges as well. Sad to say but I will be renting from other companies from now on.

Hassle free seamless also Ritshell Is definitely an asset to this company, I just got my liscence so I was a bit nervous she made me feel at ease and gave me the boost of confidence I needed to get behind the wheel she was very specific on the ins and outs of the cars they had available and went as far as sugesting the best one for me! Thank you!

Last week I rented a Kia Forte vehicle, new car and great to drive, the attendant who speaks Spanish I don't remember his name helped me with everything I needed and I had a great concept of the store. I'll be back soon!

There is a Colombian guy attending this location, I think his name is Jessie. He is the only one there very kind and helpful, “extra mile- employee”

Great Service but the place it smells of cat urine. I asked about it and was told the carpet was just a week old. I think they need to remove the sub floor. They carpeted the problem but did not solve the problem.

Knowledgeable staff that is transparent with all costs. Good selection of vehicles.smooth transaction.

The team at this location is the greatest! They went above and beyond for me and they made renting easy, fast, and pleasurable. The car itself was clean and well kept. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much guys!

The people here are so unprofessional! The place and cars are dirty, you will definitely have problems here taking you card, license from other states and other excuses! Save time and $ and avoid at all costs!

The Persons that Work there are very Helpful. But the Car they Have they Not Good. That's the only Issue
