7Had a great experience with Nate, while setting up the rental with me over an insurance claim. Nate was very informative with any extra information needed that the insurance company did not state. Not only that but making sure the vehicle was in tip top shape before I could claim it for my time with the repairs being done was also great as well. Thank you Nate and I'll see you on the next time I need another rental.
Rented a 15 passenger van in July for a family vacation. It was a horrible experience. The vehicle had no arm rests, they were all broken, no door handles to pull when shutting the main doors, couldn’t see the radio as the screen was shattered. The first morning we went to get in the van and it was full of maggot’s. This happened every day. There was fluids leaking from under the front passenger seat that smelled and looked like vomit. I called and spoke to the 800 number for Enterprise 3 times during our week and never had a call back. I’ve left messages for the local office, no luck there either. We could not exchange it for another as there were none available. Worst experience, worst customer service.
Had to have a car after a accident! Just make sure you keep track of who you talk with! Not well trained people! Was supposed to put my money back on my bank card, but put it on my credit card! Was told it would be fixed called today was told there is nothing they can do now! Do better people
Rented a suv to bring my daughter home from the hospital, we needed more room for a wheelchair. I was given a Hyundai Tucson it looked clean and like a nice car, it was not. The brakes pulsated and when it sat at idle for a few minutes it would pop or backfire im not really sure. After the trip which was not good I dropped the suv off told them what was going on with it he said sorry And that was it. I was shocked but the next day I got a call apologizing about the car and offering me a free upgrade next time to make up for it. I thought well at least they are making an effort to make up for it so I said ok. Then I got an email they finally processed the vehicle return and sent my bill copy they billed me for two days I called the customer service they said they would have the customer service manager call me two days and still no call. Over all not a good experience
Matt at enterprise is wonderful. He goes out of his way to give me great deals and a clean rental. I will continue to rent from this location.
Car smelled smoke after you were in it for some time. Car had a dent, apparently known, but not disclosed to us.
People on the phone did not coordinate well with people at the center. Tried to exchange the car at an airport, they said ok, but as I arrived there was no more car, and I had to keep it.
