We had to get a rental car due to a no fault accident. We had the car a month and during that time we called their office to confirm how tolls on the thruway were handled. We were told we would receive a bill with in 4-6 weeks after turning the car in. 2 weeks after turned the car in my credit card was charged 4 times. I called and found out it was for the tolls. We revived no documentation or reasons as to why were charged just an “oh it was for tolls”. I asked for my credit card to be taken off their system as they said it was all the charges we would receive. Now here we are a month after turning the car in I noticed my credit card was once again charged a 2nd time for all these same charges by the toll authority. So enterprise charged us and the toll authority. I called both this location and the customer service line for enterprise and no one could help me or would do anything. They won’t reverse the charges of the money stolen from us. They won’t send us invoices or any documentation. This is fraud and will be reported! Do not use this company! They steal your money! Now we have to fight to get this back. Ridiculous!

Basically after my rental was stolen they made me feel like I was crazy when I told them that the car I had did not have NY state plates on it.come to find out they messed up the paperwork and keys.

Very friendly staff. The quote you get online is not what you will be paying if you add insurance! I didn't see any info about the extra cost for insurance.

I can not thank Isabella Lamarre enough for all the help she gave me when I needed additional days on my rental. She took care of everything with my insurance company. I’m so thankful to her and enterprise. Wonderful company and would recommend to anyone who needs a rental car.
