Enterprise Rent-A-Car, East Elmhurst NY

Quick transaction with a limited staff. Everyone wore a mask, and were dressed as business professionals. Made my reservation in advance, and my vehicle waiting upon arrival. This has always been, and will continue to be my go to rental spot. I will be returning soon. Thanks again!

I set up a reservation 2 weeks prior. I call a day before to confirm my price & fees. I was told $484 was the full price. I arrive the day of the reservation and I’m told I have to give an extra 20% to that $484 when I specifically asked about the price to pay the day of the reservation. I’m hit with extra fees that should’ve been told to me when I spoke to the agent that day when I was asked to give $540+. I have to put in 20% extra for the rental since I’m renting from here locally? I’m disappointed. I understand the deposit part but then I have to give an extra 20% that I would not be getting back? No I wasn’t going to pay extra fees, no thanks. Thanks for ruining my family trip Enterprise.

Top notch customer service from the entire team. I’ve had quite a few rentals in the past from several other enterprise locations throughout NYC and my best experiences have been from this particular location. Andrew assisted me in the process and he went out of his way to get me into the car I wanted despite the limited availability on their lot. Highly recommended!

I bought an Infiniti 2017 today! To start, it's my first car and a large purchase. I was fortunate enough to have Trisha Johnson to walk me through the process. The moment my sisters and I walked through the door we were greeted with a smile. I didn't feel hassled or pressured to make a purchase.
Trisha was so amazing because i wasn't sure i was able to keep my appointment because of my newborn. She sent me a message the night before letting me know the car was dropped off from another location and available for a test drive lf I'm able to make it. I thought that was amazing because she took the time to make sure if i made it, the car was available.
Trish was easy to talk to, knowledgeable and smiled the entire time. I highly recommend her.

I’ve rented several cars from this location and Dee and Napoleon have always been extremely accommodating, efficient and thoughtful. The cars are nice.and I wouldn’t consider any other car rental company- ever!

Good price and excellent service. They were a great help when I got lost and made a stop on another enterprise location. My only disappointment was that they don't offer to pick up from hotel and drop off to hotel.

Shuttle to pick up & drop us off at our hotel was a huge plus. All employees were efficient & professional. Our car was clean & smelled fresh (a big plus as far as we're concerned!)

It was a very pleasant experience! I was picked up and dropped off at my auto body location. The staff was courteous and friendly. They even offered to take the items I left in the car that I was donating to charity to donate for me. Overall, I higbly recommend Enterprise in East Elmhurst.
It is easily accessible to highways as well.

They seem engaged but they are salespeople. They are courteous at least. The place is clean. Not a lot of options in car buying. Pretty small lot.
