Charged extra $ 40 dollars for being early. And that is only 1/2 hr.
I used Parkwhiz to purchase the parking lot. I parked 30 mins early and end up paying $ 70 dollars. Never again. The attendant was also very rude.

Ok, we had a party of nine with two SUVs.
We bought two parking passes off of ParkWiz.
The reason I chose them was because everyone else around that area charges oversized vehicles.
This place didn't charge oversized vehicle fees right away but has writings indicating they might charge for $10.day.

Our car got there first before the other one, and this guy helped is typing in vehicle information in the system and scanned my park wiz pass.
The other car got there 30 mins after and it wasn't the same guy and he didn't even scan anything just moved the car downstairs.

Two days later when we picked up the cars, the second car got charged for the fees.
I would say the first guy was awesome and knows what's going on and do good things for the customer and community. The business didn't really have to charge the oversized fees.

Five star to the first guy who helped and 1star to the second guy. And 5 stars to ParkWiz.

Super convenient location, had great experience until a button was removed from my gear shifter while it was parked. When I told the attendant he became extremely defensive and rude. It's not even a big deal to me just wanted to let him know it happend under his watch. Very unfortunate

Valet parking in their garage, they use an elevator so it's not convenient for taking your car out and back in frequently, but for downtown Manhattan $33/day seemed fine and they took care of it and brought it out for my departure within 10 mins.

Never park in this garage. The attendants are very rude and borderline racists. They have no element of customer service. They'll damage your car as they don't have regard for customer cars. They'll also hide clauses in documents you sign such that they can exploit customers when trying to cancel their monthly parking. BE WARNED and don't live to regret this decision like me.

The attendant was rude as he told us it was a reservation only parking garage. There was nothing saying reservations were needed. Their loss, I would never park here in the future either.
