Envision Eyecare: Leonard Fuzaylov OD, Anna Khesin OD, Queens NY

I had a contact lens exam in May and the doctor wrote me a prescription for daily contacts. A few months after (mid July) I called order some contacts and told them I preferred biweekly contacts instead of dailies so they were able to sell me a few months of biweekly contacts. I called to order some more contacts (mid November) and they are saying they have no record of me buying biweekly contacts, and they expect me to pay for another contact lense exam which is $75 To get fitted for biweekly contacts since my prescription says daily contacts. Ridiculous. I’ve been wearing biweekly contacts all of this time and daily contacts are too expensive for me. I’m sick of money hungry doctors that do not care for the patients. They are making everything difficult for me to purchase the contacts I want for no reason I shouldn’t have to be seen twice in 7 months!

They were able to help relieve my painful recurring corneal erosion right away. Very good quality of care!

This is not a good place to visit, staff are not friendly rude and unprofessional. They use headphone al time in front of the customer. They will rob you even though your insurance full coverage. They told me my insurance will not cover the eye glasses and charge me 200 dollar but I called the insurance they said it will cover everything.think before you visit

I got all the testing and treatments done in less than 40mins. The doctor was so helpful and the other staff members were ready to make you get the best services.

Excellent! I booked an appointment for me and my daughters and got an appt right away. The doctor was so kind and he answered all of my questions. He did an even better job with the glasses. They came out perfect. So thankful I found this place!

I immediately noticed the cleanliness of the office and the professionalism across the board. I saw Dr. Anna.who was very patient in explaining results and answering all of my questions.

Dr, Anna Khesin was very professional, they have friendly staff, Eleonora is such a sweetheart, she took her time made sure I got the perfect glasses, end up getting two. Nice office. Quick service. The staff was friendly and helpful. Good selection of frames to choose from. Dr. Anna was pleasant and professional.

The first time I went there they got my prescription wrong because the female optom was rushing me through the test in an empty lobby for some reason, after returning it took them 3weeks to get my corrected ones. Which when received actually had a false lense in it, if I did not catch I would've just walked straight out with half of the actual glasses, then the glasses themselves had a broken nosepad a few weeks later. I don't know, nice people, good service, but I cannot trust them and that is certainly something I would like from my optom.
