I have been working with Ms. Johnson for 3 years now. She helped me to obtain my first place and has now helped me find my second place. In what I feel was a professional manner. I have had a city voucher that she has worked with both times. She didn’t treat me any different and definitely didn’t discriminate.

With the ability to be a professional realtor some people consumers may not like my straightforwardness and take that as unprofessional, disrespectful & rude out of 100 Clients I get maybe 5% that don’t like how my professionalism comes out to them I always use my fiduciary duty to do as I see fit you have to qualify for these units whether you are on a Subsidize voucher or using cash.so with that being said I’m still standing and making these clients as happy as they can be when they ask for my services and referral to the next client so therefore I’m sorry for anyone that doesn’t like my ability to do my job!

Unprofessional.
Lack knowledge of property and area.
Lack communication with clients and land person's.

Ms Johnson she told me she owns that office she is very disrespectful and rude she nasty she discriminates people with vouchers and they income she makes it clear you have to make at least 60,000 a year if people have that. Kind of income they won’t need the vouchers her customer skill and people skills is horrible the way she picks up her business phone is nasty no class at all I’m going to the mayor office on her its sad how greedy black people can be
