Equinox Tribeca, New York NY

Compared to other locations, this one is not the best, which is shocking, especially in this high-priced area. For instance, I am not sure why this location doesn't have a coat check, and was not aware of this amenity not being available, I thought it was something that all locations offered during winter time. It forces you to use two lockers, which has been my workaround to this point. In the locker room, it'd be great to have more garbages, right now there are only two at the end of the sink area, which is often used by the workers cleaning up. These are minor things, just not what I am used to from visiting other clubs.

Ever since the pandemic hours are significantly reduced though rates continue to go up.find a different place to go.

Would not join! I was a member from 2006. Had a terrible accident that left me sidelined for a year. They would not allow me to get the months I put the membership on hold on for without first signing a new contract The classes and facility are dated. Join peloton! Better programming and more convenient! Much better customer service

Kids club is still closed due to Covid. Really? ! Quite an inconvenience for our family. Not cool!

One of the more outdated EQX locations. Space is light and bright but there is a persistent smell in the weights area indicating they don’t clean the equipment as well as they should.

Had the absolute WORST massage I have ever had in my entire life. I have had massages all over the world and never felt so uncomfortable as I did at this Equinox. AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Witnessed young woman get body shamed by male member because she changed TV channel. He called her names multiple times. No one working there did anything. Poor management and elitist members. No thank you, I'm done.

Get a personal trainer! Great pricing. Joey D.helped me get on track and I couldn't recommend him more. This is a great gym and the staff are proof. It's also clean and spacious.

Hello and welcome to my weird world of gym shower reviews. I'm on a roll now and I've visited so many Equinox locations at this point I feel like I have to discuss the differences somewhere. My friends won't listen to me anymore and my coworkers politely change the subject when I want to talk about really amazing showers.

I'm gonna give Tribeca the benefit of a reasonable assumption that because I visited at a peak before-work hour, they couldn't keep up with cleaning during the shower traffic influx. The shower itself was good and big, but I was distracted because it was a little dirty with hair in the drain. Overall, it was still cleaner than other competitor gyms like *shudders* 24 Hour Fitness.

The place is always clean, good workout equipments, nice staff and great atmosphere; I wouldn’t trade Equinox for any other gym.

Inappropriate and unprofessional management staff here at Equinox Tribeca, specifically the GM. Lacked professionalism on all accounts through our conversation. I once was a loyal customer, now have canceled and will take business elsewhere. HIGHLY discourage signing membership at this gym.

I loved my time at Equinox Tribeca! The coaches are knowledgeable and the members are so fun and inclusive. I really liked their focus on technique and safety - something important to me as a beginner lifter. Would recommend Equinox Tribeca to anyone!
