Very professional and caring staff and doctors. I trust them treating and caring for my daughter. I would highly recommend Pro Health Urgent Care in Wantagh!

I really liked this office. It was clean and the staff were efficient. The only gripe I have is that they don’t email results for the PCR test. I was told because it’s because their email isn’t encrypted, but it is a little inconvenient to have to drive there to get results for my employer. But that is literally my only quibble.

The whole staff and doctors who work there are very friendly and professional. I always have a good experience when I go there for testing.especially that Thank God I have been testing negative.

Easy appointment making online.amazing drs and staff in and out without a problem! Caring dedicating knowledge over the top facility very happy with over all experience! During these covid times it’s nice to see such a wonderful medical team still caring even tho they are all worn out thank you for your services!

I can’t say enough good things about the staff of Pro Health Care of Massapequa. They are very professional and efficient and above all personable, caring and conscientious. Our family tested positive for Covid, first our son, 22 and then later, I tested positive, and then my wife. Pro Health called me right after I tested positive and offered me monoclonal antibody infusion treatment, which I gratefully and eagerly accepted. When my wife tested positive, she inquired about the treatment and they arranged for her to receive it as well. It definitely kept us out of the hospital and very well could have saved our lives! We are thankful for the helpful and knowledgeable staff at Pro Health for the exceptional care and service during this extraordinarily difficult period of a public health crisis. This is now our go-to urgent care!

The front staff is rude and Ghetto. That why I give one star. But the PA and Doctors and the medical assistants in the back are great and amazing. They need to get more people more educated and well mannered if you want people to feel comfortable when you go in to any urgent care or Doctors office.

This was the most unorganized healthcare place I have ever been to. I was told I had to wait on a line at 3 pm today and the first 50 peoples phone numbers were taken to get covid tests. There were clearly less than 50 people in front of me and people started to cut the line and no workers did anything about it. I am obviously sick as many other people are and I stood outside for almost 3 hours in the freezing cold only to get told the person in front of me was the last person to get their number written down. This is so inconsiderate and unprofessional, the workers should have told us sooner that we would not be taken, especially because we weren’t even going in to get tested at that time they only needed our numbers. So many people behind me on the line were extremely mad. I will never be going back here again this was an absolute waste of my time. Get better staff and a better system because I speak for myself and many others on the line, this was a horrid experience.

Worse ever for trying to get a covid test. Came at 6: 30 am and have been waiting for 7 hours. Not even to be over exaggerated! Literally how it went

I have never had a bad experience here and if you get Dr. Carlisi, consider yourself lucky! He’s awesome!

This office/doctor are amazing they get you in and out real fast. They are very nice and friendly, very professional, yesterday was my first time going to this urgent care and i love it i would recommend people there. They solve all issues or w.e is wrong with you quickly

Love the late hours and short wait. No appointment needed. My meds were.called in to the 24 hour pharmacy. Great experience. Love ERDOX!

Horrible service. People who work there have zero compassion. Said I was on my way and was told if I got there at 11pm exactly I wouldn’t be seen because they do not stay open late. I had a second degree burn. I will never visit an ER Dox location again.
