I have to say. Eric Braun is fighter to win you over. Personally me, I love that with people I work it. I got the clear to close in under 30 days on a conventional loan. Eric's professionalism and work ethic is astounding. He did give me the best with rates when I was comparing it to other lenders. His system that he setup really makes its easy to get this loan process down. He was always a phone call or text message with helping me with any questions. I will be using Eric Braun for the rest of my Real Estate Investing career. Thanks again Eric, on to the next property!

Eric and his team are gurus. They were the only GOOD thing that helped my wife and I close on a house that had problem after problem during the process. They worked around the clock when I needed them to and most times were being held back by other parties. We bought our house as soon as the market started having the dreadful spike in interest rates. Eric saw what was happening and guided us to lock in our lower rate and save us 1000s of dollars or from not being able to afford the house (we were in contract at this point) The teams work is never quite done as I get emails every month with what my home is worth in today's market and some calls just to make sure everything is going well.
