Doctor Eric Kauffman has given me excellent service and guidance and treated me as if I was his only patient. He is extremely knowledgeable, personal and reassuring.

Never called for virtual vist. I called over and hour from start to find out the problem. Assistance said she would find out and call back. Over and hour later no call. NO email. NO text. NO Eric Kauffman.

Dr. Kauffman is a fantastic doctor and the best I have been to. He covers everything you want to know and explains the details of your illness or symptoms. His attitude is great and he make the patient at ease and explains details in a positive manner. If it wasn't for him I would have been 6 feet under. My local urologist wasn't in the ballpark about my condition. Roswell Park Cancer Center is very lucky to have Dr. Kauffman who goes beyond to help his patients. I recommend him 150%.

This visit was only for a blood draw. Wait time was minimal. The phlebotomist was great. Parking in the lot was free.

For 3yr Follow up visit I was seen by Nurse Practitioner Elizabeth Fiorica. She has a great personality and answered all my questions. All the staff at Roswell from the Health screener, Greeter, Check-in Desk, Vitals person to the Nurses are caring and professional. Had a clean bill of health.and was heading home under an hour.

Exceptional, compassionate care. I would go no where else. Roswell is the best place for care!
