Awesome experience! The young man who answered the phone this morning went above and beyond to assist me with an issue that I am having with replacement windows that my contractor purchased for me back in 2003. Erie no longer carries Great Lakes windows, so he probably did not have to try to help. In order for Great Lakes to even considering helping me, I needed the “order number” for the windows which I did not have. The young man at Erie was able to find the order number and purchase date for me. THANK YOU!
Erie Materials is my employers main supplier of roofing materials, other than direct delivery from manufacturer. I am a commercial roofer.

Great showroom! Amazing staff. Don't get the showroom much. Mainly have materials delivered but when I am there I take my time looking at new products.
