I purchased a suit last weekend (Sunday November 11) at the Zegna outlet in the mall. They were among the first stores I went into and the last I went to while I was there shopping for a suit.

I'm a particularly difficult fit for a being a pretty slender person because I almost always have extra material in my jacket in the back under the shoulders. When I went to the store at first, Judith was very helpful in guiding us to the types of suits that would be a best fit for me. After thinking about the price, I continued shopping around at the other places that could potentially have stuff for me as well, from places like Saks Off 5th, where the service was just okay, to Hugo Boss, where I received very good service, despite there being a good number of people in the store.

When I went back to Zegna after exhausting all my options and determining that the other places I visited did not have anything that fit me well; Anthony, one of the Customer Advisors, and David, the Assistant General Manager, were incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly. I did not get the names of a couple of the other people, but a lady who was also working there and an older gentleman were also very polite. Everyone involved contributed to the epitome of what I can expect as the best customer service of all the places I visited.

Even when other customers came into the store, they were still able to attend to me as I tried different things on. I was originally planning on leaving with only one suit and not spend the money on more things; however, because I was that satisfied with the experience and the suit I was buying was from a line that was being discontinued, I bought a second suit because the quality was top-notch, as well as as the customer service.

I hope Ermenegildo Zegna's corporate office sees this, because Judith, Anothony, David, and the rest of the team at the Outlet Store at Woodbury knows how to run a high-end outlet store, well. I hope to be back there soon for another suit or two as the seasons change!
