Don't bother calling they always have long wait times on the phone but tellers are staning around able to answer the phone I hate the customer service as far as a phone call

This bank is always trying to sell you something whether in person or over the phone. Do yourself a favor and choose Canandaigua National if you’re looking for a local financial institution in the Rochester/Finger Lakes area.

I usually have a great experience paying my car loan but today one of the bank tellers working the drive thru was very rude.

I absolutely love ESL not only is the staff friendly when you go in but they are very helpful as well.
I also can call the customer service center and always get the help I need without complications. I have been with ESL now for just over 4 years and I have so much love for them that my family members like my kids,
My mom and a few of my friends have moved to ESL bank and have the same experience I do always pleased all the time. Thank you ESL for being there for us when we need you the most.
