Esporta looks so much cleaner since Lynn started working! She is the best. The other staffs are also friendly and helpful.

Good set up but opening hours are bad. Especially on the weekends. 6pm is way to early. Even 8pm would be bad.

This place hasn't been cleaned properly since before the pandemic. The floors and cardio machines are covered in dust and dirt, the cup holders on most of the treadmills have something gross at the bottom of them, the mat along the back wall is covered in salty/dirty footprints, the mat by the free weights is so dirty I didn't want to put my water bottle down, the women's locker room looks like it hasn't been cleaned since 2020. I don't ever come in without my hand sanitizer because it feels absolutely disgusting in there.

Amanda is amazing! So friendly, when you walk in you really feel welcomed and like family.

Rukshana is awesome! She has background in dance and helped my brother with a membership including everything, multi club, and 2 guests any visit for only $40!

Go in and ask for her, you won’t be disappointed!

I went here while I was traveling for work and was very impressed and kind of shocked by the 1 star reviews. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. They were having issues with the daily lockers and allowed me to keep some valuables behind the desk.

The gym is clean and someone was going around cleaning the entire time I was there.

This was my second visit here and I will definitely be coming back upon my next visit to Buffalo.

For my second visit to the facility, I have to say I will not be back. Break times for your lifeguards are not well posted and in inquiring about this when ask to exit the pool, instead of having a conversation about this, the lifeguard jumped to threatening to call the police - great customer service. It appears the facility is short lifeguards and it’s understandable that they/ he would need a break. But to jump to calling the police - absurd.

The operations manager Amanda is never anything less than phenomenal when it comes to immediately addressing concerns first hand. Great customer service and experience overall.

I was a member here for 3 years and didn't have a problem. I cancelled my membership because they told me I had guest privileges (GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING FROM THIS PLACE) and then embarrassed me when I brought a guest.supposedly they renewed my old membership instead of taking out the new membership. Then the Union Rd manager kept telling me "I can't help you, " or "I am not able to help you, ". Or the best one is when she just told me to go sit down without telling me why (prior to that the said she couldn't do anything, so I was confused why I was being told to sit). I called the corporate offices and they refunded me my 2 year membership which I pre-paid. Then the manager got nasty with me when she asked if I called someone while I was sitting! Simply rude and terrible customer service.

For me it’s the nicest and cleanest club abound. I’ve been to all the other ones and they just don’t compare to equipment either. Only thing that is a drawback is on the weekends the gym opens at8.7 would be ideal!

Amanda. The customer service representative. Terrible with listening. She talks too fast. I felt like was arguing with my girlfriend she was talking so fast. Interrupted me while talking to make these humming noises. Overall unprofessional. She shouldn’t have this job. She talks over anybody. Shouldn’t have the job. I feel bad for whoever has to deal with her. She definitely faked it in her interview. So unprofessional. FIRE AMANDA. FIRE AMANDA. SHES NOT BUILT FOR THE JOB. A lot of problems that happen in that gym is racially motivated and they will kick you out of every la fitness in the world if they can. I wouldn’t recommend going here. You literally have people who will argue over a call and go get a knife while playing basketball. Yet and still they don’t do anything with those people. Fire Amanda. She’s not deserving of talking to people with her disrespectful mouth.

One of my worst biggest concerns as a parent is leaving my toddler with someone who would mistreat her. I brought my three year old baby girl with me today to my Local Esporta Fitness on Union Road in Cheektowaga. I dropped her at the child care center at the gym like I've done many times before. A few times after my workout when picking her up from the facility child care center my daughters mood was off and she was very ready to go which is unlike her. I didn't think much of it but I did notice it was with the same woman each time she behaved that way. When I had picked her up from different staff members she always wanted to stay and play longer with the other children. Today when I reached the center my daughter was crying uncontrollably and when I inquired what happened, I was told my three year old "got into a fight with another child". I was extremely upset so I calmly took my child home to comfort her. I called the location and asked to speak with what I thought was the manager of the location. I told him the story and expressed my concerns about the individual at the child care center. I was told that "If I was worried then maybe I should come check on my child" I responded with I should be alerted immediately if there is an incident with my child. The man was very rude an when I asked for his name I was given two names. Which after calling corporate was told that no one at that location exist with either name. So I am urging anyone who takes their child to think twice or keep an eye on them periodically. For me I will never bring my child there again. I also want corporate to do a full investigation.

Facility looks great but is often not very clean. They have a crew that goes from gym to gym cleaning. You'll never see the site's staff cleaning. Downtown is the only esporta with a dedicated cleaner and he keeps that place spotless.

The life guard was finally there for a Saturday morning watercize. The ladies locker room was a mess when.i walked in. Papertowelsall.over the place, Macdonald bag. The floor looks filthy.

Great club! Big gym with everything you need. Very clean and well maintained. The managment staff Anthony & Amanda are amazing! Always so helpful and accommodating. Astroturf with all TRX brand equipment! Classes, swimming pool, kids club (babysitting), basketball and group training! This club has everything!

Most machines are available and staff is usually friendly. Good equipment and plenty of amenities.

Previously LA Fitness. Big gym with everything you need. Appreciate the 2.5 increments on free weights. John the manager was super generous with my guest pass during my visit. Appreciate it!

Not to busy and clean, no juice bar though, got my credit card stolen, and it was like they didn't care at all Soo I decided no more la/Esporta

Love it here. I go almost every morning. Everything you could want. Clean, pleasant atmosphere, and there's usually plenty of space to do your thing, though it gets a little busier on the weekends. Highly recommended.

One of the most welcoming places to workout and train at. Some of the coolest staff I’ve met. From free weights, to group classes, to personal and functional training they’ve got it. Go check it out!
