Esquire Diner reviews
18Ordered a bacon cheese burger dlx with mashed and got a sorry looking burnt burger not even in a plate with lettuce and tomato just a foil wrapped burger not even fully covered and a plastic container with mashed potatoes smh no pickle or cole slaw nothing just a weak looking sandwhich worst diner ever!
As soon as I walked right in I got a table. The food wait was fast. Food was tasty-we had a burger, build your own omelet and 2 pancakes. Drinks a sprite and hot chocolate and it was cheap.
Better then the other diner up the road by fare!
Fare price. Most of there waitress have been there 10 yrs.
With great additude. Food is fare priced fresh food. Delicious.
Really just want you want from a great American diner
I understand it’s Father’s Day we waited 45 min for a table to be seated and 1 hour 13 minutes for food and when they brought the food the eggs were overcooked along with cheese so stretchy and and overcooks and when we complaint about it the waitress told us she can’t help it because the kitchen is busy we left all the food on the table but still nice enough to pay
The lady kicked us out right after we paid the bill saying we can’t be there on our phones while we wait for our buddy using the restroom because we already finished eating
The service took too long My nephew and my sister we waited about an hour and 20 minutes for our food. And we weren't able to get a booth we end up sitting on the counter where I was uncomfortable cuz I have long legs. The food wasn't all that great. As far as the atmosphere well because of long waits to be seated it's obvious that the attitude of the people we're not so happy.
25 bucks Cole slow tuna potato salad. Twice a year place my wife does her her across the street next time arep corada on crossbay.
The best diner on Crossbay. The customer service is always great and staff are always friendly. I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes for my food and the prices are reasonable. I’ve been coming here for years and never been disappointed.
The white blonde lady was very rude and kicked us out right after we paid the bill and told us we can't be using the table and we're only there for 3 min.
They didn't have the air on high so it was warm. The waitress was sweating. We asked her to tell the boss but nothing happened. The place was packed.
Got order to go. Owner lady is the nicest person I had ever met working in a diner. Very friendly and outstanding customer service. Food was fresh and made in timely manner. Will for sure be stopping by here again.
The female manager is so disrespectful to customers only because her father is the owner she is the cause of this place doing bad business the food is terrible I will never go here again
I moved out of the area a few years ago. It used to be our family's weekend breakfast get together place. They used to provide delicious breakfast and lunch. I was very disappointed when I visited recently. Food is not what it used to be. It's like a totally different restaurant. Not like the Diner my family called "The usual place".
Service was great. Food was good also, fresh etc. But bathrooms and overall cleanliness is abit lacking. Coffee was not good at all.
I've been eating here since I was a small child and I'm glad it still feels like home. No other way to explain it but you know it's local food for local people. The best diner out of all the states I have lived in!
Regret coming here for dinner. VERY overpriced and food wasn't good. I asked for a grilled veggie panini and got boiled spinach and broccoli in a pita bread. My parents got a burger and fries each + a soda. Between my parents and myself we spent $70! Very disappointed.
Our waitress was kind and friendly with a warm motherly vibe. I really enjoyed my meal of cornbeef hash. It was delicious. Looking forward to our next visit.
