Essen Health is always delightful, at least for me. Pleasant workers. The main thing I love about Essen health is that whenever you are late for your appointment, they try their best to accommodate you. They are truly for the community.

I would recommend anyone to go to this facility the staff is very friendly and the place is very clean

Fairly Decent Place. Sometimes You can schedule a Walk In and even if You don't have an appointment that day or You're a little late and You have a valid reason They usually accommodate You. Appointment wait times aren't that long and You don't wait too long r

Horrible health care, Jin Yi Kim does not care about her patients treats people like they are getting treated for free, no compassion. Do a better job at hiring personnel & addressing customers complaints.

I am glad to be part of this medical office as I am seeing Ms. Jeon my Doctor/LPN here. She has made the efforts of attending me well and I also have seen Dr. Bui for the eyes. I also love how the receptionist team downstairs for Physical Therapy (William
& Talea) and Women’s Health (Yesenia) are always tentative and check you in on time. Very more professional than upstairs! ’

The trouble I had last week was when I went to see my primary and nobody took my vitals from when I got in and at this point I was upset since there was a line of three other patients. The MA’s upstairs were all around and were going into rooms and talking without taking anyones vitals. Everyone just hid and left. It was getting late and I saw my doctor and we had to tell her that no one took our vitals so she took it for us, but she was busy with another patient. It was an upsetting feeling and that’s why I am giving it 4 stars. Hope it changes since it is crazy having the doctors do double duty and they all in one room talking and closing doors.

Overall PT Sheryl, Reception Team downstairs for both Physical Therapy and Women’s Health are great workers. Dr. Bui and Dr. Jeon are great as well.

Update: My Doctor no longer works their, I have a new doctor and also I see half that board by the entrance all cleared out. They have no more doctors. They are on thin ice probably, they need to check on the upstairs floor for general clinic cause the front desk is horrible! The one lady sitting their is never nice and has such terrible attitude. They all walk around and do not attend you fast enough.

The physical therapist was very nice and helped me with the swelling in my leg. I can't thank them enough!

The Russian girl is lazy and forgetful, she couldn't find my prescription glasses and told me to go back the next day, I was like: are you kidding me? What's the point of calling customers if you won't do the effort to do your job? I don't have to have time to come here everyday just because you're unprofessional. My glasses were there was she wasn't feeling like searching for it, she was acting childish making faces and everything but at the end she founded the glasses.

Place kind of small, no so I'll distancing, all patients in a hall, sitting waiting. The issue is, the posted signs are all over stating. ALL PATIENTS MUST WEAR A MASK OR WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE, (I HAVE NO ISSUES WITH WEARING MY MASK) BUT YOU HAVE "OTHER WORKERS" STILL WITHIN ESSEN FACULTY WALKING AROUND WITH NO MASK ON, REALLY? ! THE WORKERS ARE VERY COURTEOUS, AND POLITE OVERALL.

This place is terrible they don’t call back I’ve been waiting for a psych appointment for over 6 months I’m requesting my medical records because I have never seen my doctor I barely speak to her on the phone she shouldn’t be getting paid if I’m not being seen I don’t care if it’s Medicaid god forbid I need services and can’t get it because they using it like it’s a black master card if anyone has any info on how I can go about requesting my medical records that would be greatly appreciated I know that crooked clinic does Medicaid fraud and I don’t want no parts of that

My husband made an appointment last week. We arrived and receptionist never placed information in the system. The doctor, Venkata Durbhaka, didn't even have beside manners. She just called the next patient and dismissed us. The receptionists were really nice and tried to help us, but the one who was supposed to place the appointment on the doctor's schedule wasn't there.

Essen, please interview the doctors and the receptionists you hire for this facility more carefully. Professionalism is an important aspect of any business.

This place is a joke the pain management doctor needs to be in pain with her hip bone 3/4gone and she basically prescribed asprin the worst and she just wanted to do procedure's to line her pockets!?

I am pleased with my doctors and the staff are friendly and professional. This is important to me. I plan to use other specialists at the Essen Health Care.

I do not understand why the negative reviews. I have been using the services of this clinic for 4 years. Definitely, everything has been perfect, all the staff are excellent, attentive and concerned about solving each matter. My primary doctor, Kim JinYI, she is very patient and compassionate. At this clinic, they respect your time. At the time of your appointment, you will be attended or perhaps sooner. The only thing that the lab is closed from 1pm to 2 pm. If you are going make sure you go before 1: 00 or after 2: 00 so you don't have to wait.

I’ve been with Exxen for a while. I use this clinic a lot. I was Dr. Nina Nguyen patient she was the best thing they could had in the clinic. She was attentive, caring. I can go on but she now has left and my experience has been devastating. I called in July for a problem with the new pump the doctor had prescribed. I explained when I called that there was no instructions with the pump, they then proceeded to tell me that they would send the doctor a message so his assistant could reach out. It is now September and I’m still waiting for a phone call, now there’s issues with the pump/prescription and I can’t reach clinic and when you call the call goes to a random switchboard and not the clinic you trying to reach. It’s a shame that there service has gone down the drain. Before I was quick to recommend Exxen in a heart beat not any longer.
