One of the most disgusting places I've been to. The critters that are at the front got to go. So unprofessional and condescending and have no sympathy for those that are sick. People that work in healthcare that act like this don't deserve to work in healthcare. Attitude has to be fixed. Have no other words

Authority should teach their employees how to respond/ respect their patients. Specifically people who’s has Asian face must be known how to respect…………….

New patientvto this establishmen since end of August. Have left several messages for PCP, no call back, tried to make several appointments with specialist, no call back. Tried to get refills on prescriptions, no call back. So far worst experience I have ever had with a medical provider. Looks like I will need to find other medical providers and services. If this was a life or death situation, well you see my point.

The front desk can have better or pleasant people, and NO ONE WASHES THEIR HANDS LIKE THEY SHOULD. The doctors give you medicine faster than a traffic ticket. The women doctors can have a positive approach and MORE EXPERIENCE.
There are usually a new doctor every few months to a year. One day this lady doctor gave me the worst attitude ever when I wasn't feeling happy and my blood pressure was up she wanted to sit me there and go over the same thing I went over with 3 doctors before her.
She was mad and decided to ask me if I even wanted my prescription as if it wasn't her job to refill my blood pressure medication. Especially when I had told her that's I came in for. I had told the front to get my prescription because she made me feel very uncomfortable. She made it seem as if because I did not want to listen to her repeat the same thing that I did not want what I came for. To taunt someone in such a way is disgusting. SMH they were named something else before. Said business fix or close.

These people has no care for paitent I have been standing here for 30 min ain’t no body came to atleast ask why am here?

They are very unprofessional. They made my appointment with ENT doctor after one month. I got my day off from my work. I went there and they said doctor couldn’t be able to see me because they have too many appointments. What a jock.forget about their behavior. Don’t go there please

If I could give negative stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE. I took my 6 month old to Dr. Gautam Prachi. He was supposed to get his shots but they had to request his medical records from his previous pediatrician. I called multiple times and they never called back. Told me I had request the medical records myself. ITS NOT MY JOB. I signed the release form so they could do it. Point is my son turned 8 months and they never bothered to call me to get his shots. I ended up changing his pediatrician with his insurance. The most irresponsible and unprofessional office I’ve ever had to deal with. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not waste your time here unless you want a headache.

I want there to get tested and out of all the time i did it. This place was the quickest in n out with my result. Natasha Sutherland register me as soon as i got in n quickly did the test. The longest i waited was for the results. Definitely will go back if i ever need medical care.

Front desk staff is rude, not helpful, and easily irritated when asked questions. Upon receiving a Covid-19 test, they do not care to learn more about patient's current medical conditions. My nasal swab was taken in the hallway instead of an available medical room (there were 2 available rooms with doors wide open). They do not provide any insightful information for home care that can benefit the patient, and when asked questions, physicians were dismissive and responded with very vague answers. I've received multiple tests elsewhere, and this was definitely thee WORST experience. Also, front desk staff were speaking to patients with their masks below their chin. Not sure if this is new protocol within the facility, but definitely not something I expect from a medical office.

Horrible. Billing department has NO idea what they are doing. No direct number to the place. The call goes straight to a call center even when asking to speak to the front desk. It is impossible to get transferred to there by phone. I asked for an itemized bill and get the same plain bill I received previously WITHOUT my insurance. The bill states that they cannot verify my insurance even when I have called several times and repeated my insurance information several times and somehow they are unable to find it when it comes to billing. However they can suddenly find it when I'm there for treatment. Got my checkup, blood test and flu vaccine administered with a student. Only saw my assigned N. P.for less than a minute before she ran to another telemedical appointment. NEVER WILL I EVER COME HERE AGAIN FOR CARE.

Please don’t go here for Covid testing. I went this morning for a nasal swab test, and it was a disastrous experience. They called me into the back hallway, asked to fully remove my mask (with the other exam rooms being open), and quickly shoved a nasal swab into one nostril. Didn’t even do five rotations. And didn’t do the other nostril. Then they told me I could leave? So not only will the test be untrustworthy but I was likely exposed.

I have too bad experience about this urgent care. I did not get any proper treatment. Reciptionist is very rude. He did not say to me hi or hello. When I said to him " thank you". He did not reply to me anything. Even though what I asked him, he could not reply me proper answer. But I said him " thank you". He still did not say "welcome". The employees should be more nice.

WASTE OF TIME! I made an appointment almost a month ago with one of there doctors, I found out that the doctor quit so I had to reschedule another two weeks, after that I got another doctor who works there. I called them this morning and wanted to confirm that my appointment would be tomorrow, they said everything looks good and all was fine. In the afternoon they called me to RESCHEDULE AGAIN! Because they don’t take my insurance when I already called in the morning to confirm everything was good? What kind of service and bs is this?

This place is terrible. They take forever to answer their phones, will put you on hold then hang up, and their staff is very rude. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Very bad customer service, the front desk was not wearing a mask.visited the urgent care, the doctor did not even spend 2 mins of talking very unsatisfied.

I went in for emergency contraception. I gave my insurance and they said they would take it. Now 2 years later I have an account in collections. I didn't get any notice or bill. I didn't even know that the bill existed until I saw it on my credit report.

Front desk people are awful! Specially that young arrogant Asian boy who don’t have any manner. That boy is so mean with patients that I’ll never go there!

Please Let your employees work from home. Every private organization in this city is allowing work from home but you guys aren’t taking any serious actions. You must allow every employee to work from home before it is too late.
