Essen Urgent Care - 3200 Grand Concourse, The Bronx NY

The worst urgent care ever! I went last night with my daughter. She had ear infection and they didn’t send me the prescription for antibiotics for 24 hours. I called them like four times, had to go back and forth with the pharmacy.

Great place. They treat you amazing and take care of you quick. They listen to your concerns and give you the right information if they can’t help you. They made me feel very comfortable. Definitely my go to place.

Amanda Martinez is a great nurse and she service good. I wish she will always be at the front desk and I even want to send her a special gift but she always refused and I'm not the only one talking about her I mean majorit. Receptionist Amanda Martinez has 0 costumer service skills, rude. People like her shouldn’t be working in this kind of place, the lady doing the rapid test was kind of incompetent also

It was and excellent service to this place. My name is Mikel Rica. I was with my mother. Was very happy with everything. Start with the front desk Majlinda with very good communication showing care, patience, respectful and fest service. The doctor excellent the same. Please keep up the good work.

If I could give zero stars I would. The woman in the front is rude, and because I was there 45 mins before closing the doctor didn’t even examine me, just straight up called in a prescription and sent me along my way. This used to be an ok urgent care but now it’s just absolutely horrible. But they were sure to make sure that all of my insurance information was correct. Disgusting.

Am very dissappointed. Took my baby on Monday and today is Thursday. No medication has been sent to the pharmacy. I will never recommend this place to no one

I got here at 9: 20am with a 9: 30am appointment and waited over an hour for someone to see my daughter. Despite the CDC Guidelines saying the Covid vaccine can be administered with other vaccines, this clinician decided their own rules and said we had to come back two weeks later, after waiting over an hour, because my daughter got other vaccines the same week. I showed them the CDC website and referred to our own pediatrician saying all research saying it is ok to get the covid vaccine with other vaccines. They refused us access. I asked to see what literature they were referencing that said it was not ok to get the vaccines together and they said there is none. They also refused to give us the phone number to their medical director who they said wouldn't allow this. Meanwhile their nurse pre-filled out our existing vaccine card and didn't know what to do. So instead of whiting it out, she replicated our original onto a new card and did it incorrectly. I luckily caught the mistake but this place is a mess and is very sketchy. I wouldn't go back.

Just got the 2nd covid dose of Moderna for my baby girl (7 months). The staff was friendly and helpful. One of the younger staff checking us in, was a little slow (maybe new hire?) and our shot was a little delayed since they had to pick it up from their other location.

But that being said, the staff kept us updated on what was going on and explained the delay. They were friendly and professional throughout the process. The nurse administering the shot was great, and we didn't feel rushed at all.

Would definitely recommend this place. Great staff!

The receptionist hates her life and job and you could tell by the way she talks to people. She should get fired or retrained in customer service

Came here because I was feeling sick, was told everything was fine. Decided to go to another clinic and was told I had a respiratory infection. They have no clue what they’re doing here.

Great place. Doctors are excellent but the rest of the staff are unprofessional.sassy most of the time and don’t finish their work.i was sent to a none near by pharmacy for my sons medicine, and they never even sent the prescription. Worse part, the clinic was closed so i couldn’t call them to send it over.

Great service. Waiting time is better than emergency services at traditional hospital. Staffs are friendly. Would come back if needed.
