This is the second time I went there. The first time was for oil change and vehicle diagnostic. I was expecting my first bill to be high because of diagnostic, but I was way off! It was a very reasonable priced bill! Very happy. Second time was for parts replacement in my vehicle and also expected my bill to be high. WRONG AGAIN! Reasonably priced! I'm definitely going to use this service department for all my future needs.

While camping in Old Forge my “Service 4WD” light came on in my Silverado and it was stuck in 4 high. I called the service department Friday morning and Jim was able to squeeze me into their already busy schedule at 3: 30 the same day. They had my truck fixed in under an hour and I was on my way again. The technician and everyone at the dealership were super friendly and professional. A huge thank you to everyone! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

We nearly broke down near Lowville, drove back to this Chevy dealership. A wonderful young man in charge helped us (Jeffrey Berry?) so much. He diagnosed the problem as best he could, called places to tow us and called another dealership for the car to be serviced in case it was under warranty. He was mopping the floors as we were leaving. Great young man, who is a really hard worker. He was a Godsend for us after breaking down in a town we know nothing about. Thanks!
