22 EVEN AFTER 3 WEEKS OF CALLING THE NP REFUSES TO RESPOND
AND WHEN CALLING FOR A SUPERVISOR THE PERSON CANNOT
UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM. THIS IS NOT NORMAL.
Awful, stay away. To sum it up my mother died 1/19/21 and they just called AGAIN to ask me if the NP could visit her tomorrow! File a complaint with Board of Health and get this place shut down and stay away from NP Peterson!
It's been 3 weeks since my mom has been home and this company called ONCE to get medical history and medications, was supposed to call feb 23rd and no one did. I called them to tell them and they said they had notes from the phone call that it was "checked out" when I asked what was said they couldn't tell me. And they haven't sent anyone here for a physical check up, even I requested one they said they couldn't because she already had the phone call, which was never made. I asked to be connected to gest case manager several times in 3 weeks which she wasn't available and never called us back like we had requested. The woman who read supposed to do the appointment for the 23rd coincidentally was the one I complained to and she said she'd escalate it to the supervisor which I doubt she did. These people could care less about their patients and they're not only getting an article written about them in the magazine I work for but I'm calling the State complaint center and insurance company and if I have to I'll lawyer up. They don't deserve to be open and patients here don't deserve that treatment!
Absolutely horrible! I have 100 reasons why this company is ridiculously incompetent but I'll just stat one. My grandmother has been prescribed (Sadly on more then one occasion) medications she did not need and when asked about it I got a " I don't know " unbelievable! I've been dealing with these people a little over a year and I'm fed up. I'm in the process of transferring my grandmother to a company who show concern for their patients and who know what their doing.
This place should be SHUT DOWN! It shouldn’t be recommended to anyone! I had a very horrible experience with them. The nurse practitioner was very unprofessional and very unpleasant. It took days before getting a response. My grandmother was hospitalized due the NP lack of knowledge and care! DO NOT GO HERE!
Worst service ever - the providers (Pedon - is not a real nurse/doctor). Orders are not put in properly, orders are not put in period, and the people who answer the phone don't even have basic medical skills to be doing their job. Phone calls don't get returned. These people should not be in the medical field - in fact, the medical board and business bureaus should watch this company. They are putting patients in danger due to their incompetence.

IF THEY FIX THEIR PHONE SERVICES AND AMOUNT OF TIME TO PICK UP PHONE, I WOULD GIVE THEM 4 OR 5 STARS.
I have this service for my child who is bed bound and special needs. In the beginning, their service were very efficient. But as each monthly appointment, cancellations with no call back and health providers seeing the patient for all of 3 minutes. Hours on the phone waiting to speak to someone and then getting disconnected. Looking to change them.
Horrible service when you call. It takes forever to get registered and the ladies have a terrible attitude. I tried to speak to the administrator Sidarth Parwarth and he was never available to speak. There is no manager to get in contact with. The nurse prescribed medication that put my family in the hospital. DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES TO BE SEEN BY THESE PEOPLE. Terrible experience from beginning to end.
. Terrible. Don’t call them. I spoke with Blanca and Cristina who have very nasty attitudes. I was on hold for 14 minutes before speaking to someone. Appointments are not available for weeks, and there is no manager to speak to. The nurse took 8 days to make a return call. DO NOT put your sick family members through this. Why are the people there so mean and unpleasant!?
This place is a joke. Do not entrust them with care for your loved ones. No order, no follow through on anything completely irresponsible!
Initially I thought that Essen House Calls would be a fabulous option for dealing with my mother's medical care but I am quickly becoming disenchanted. The customer service leaves much to be desired; long wait times on hold with no resolution, inability to reach anyone in the office (phone rings, line disconnects repeatedly), no record of requested schedule changes although office staff verified day/date/time, scheduled appointments not kept, professionalism is out the window. I've been waiting for 3 days now for someone to contact me regarding a medication prescription; I guess medication isn't a priority. I would love to have given a better review but I can only speak from my personal experience which hasn't been great. I will be looking for a physician in the community to schedule office visits.
I have had several issues involving this organization that is quite disorganized and really does not give a damn about patient care. Do your research! I would also suggest going to another home visit business. They do not work with families. They do what they want to do! I am done!
I myself have had no problems here. The doctors are great and the staff are wonderful. Very nice and kind. They are very friendly and I love the way they treat me. My kind of people.
I have been to many clinics during my lifetime and I am pleased with the employees and how fast-paced this clinic is. I would recommend this clinic to anyone and any age. They are great!
They helped me enroll my husband into a long term care program - have a case manager assisting with his care in addition to having a nurse practitioner come visit him every month. Most shocking was when he needed an xray and it was done at our home!
I am very satisfied with the treatment I received from the clinic staff who were kind and compassionate with me.
Trying FOR A WEEK to schedule a house call, was told they would call me back. IT'S BEEN A WEEK AND NOBODY HAS CALLED.called them about 30 times, no answer.had to get the driver for the doctor, who is the ONLY person there that actually does his job to contact his supervisor for me, he calls them every day and they keep telling him they would call me. NOBODY CALLS ME. I was supposed to have a doctor come in today, NOTHING.they didn't even bother letting me know they weren't coming. GET THEM FIRED.that business is a joke.
Caring for elderly parents haven't been easy. Having a visiting doctor to see my parents on the month basis has helped me care of them and get them the help they need. Staff is friendly and kind- highly recommend this program.
