The team at Ethos was amazing! From filling out the paperwork and taking care of the rental car (both pick up and drop off) Luis made the entire process from start to finish completely seamless! The body work performed was professional and flawless, and my car looked brand new again when I picked it up. Highly recommend for anyone needing a body shop!

First I will start by saying it’s a headache sorting out anything that has caused you an inconvenience in life so it matters who’s assisting you in navigating through the process and the team at Ethos body shop from start to finish made this process simple and sweet Louis and Liz where on top of every issue I was faced with from getting my rental sorted out to speaking with the insurance company in making sure all repairs and rental service was covered all I did was show up as needed it was white glove level service I will gladly share my exp with anyone I know that has had an accident your staff made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer and catered to my every need Louis and Liz went above and beyond this level of service is rare in these times we are often met with resistance and poor attitudes when dealing with service issues so I was over the moon to have had the opportunity to be treated so well it’s the type of team you want to be a part of coming from a customer service management background I would be honored to have a staff that operates with such a high level of service I am truly thankful for all that your team has done for me and coco (that’s my car) she looks brand new! Awesome experience with Ethos. Made the process very easy with a rental car and working directly with my insurance company. Most importantly, they did amazing work and my car looked brand new when I got it back. Any accident always sucks, but Ethos made me comfortable that everything was taken care of. Very experienced and knowledgeable staff. I have tried many auto body repair shops in Westchester County, and this is the one that I will be with forever. Ethos Auto Body does very high-quality work in a timely manner, and they always give the honest answer, and are super polite. I 100% recommend them for auto body work.

I can’t comment on their actual work but their business practices are sketchy and suggestive of fraud.

Background: I was in a front-end collision and called to get a quote. I spoke to Luis about getting a repair quote and we made an appointment for 1pm.

Strike 1: When I arrived we looked at the car and he immediately started asking me about insurance. I said that the person who hit me wanted to pay himself and he then suggested that I tell my insurance that I was hit in a parking lot - which I pushed back on immediately because, it’s FRAUD.

Strike 2: Then he said that there was actually another person who did quotes and he was on lunch and that they wouldn’t be able to give me a quote. I would have to leave it for the day - WHY WASN’T THIS COMMUNICATED OVER THE PHONE?

Strike 3: Luis then said that HE would write the quote and send it to me by the end of the day. Guess what, never got a quote and when I called him back he said, “my boss said I couldn’t send you the quote. ” To which I said, “ok can you pickup my car and do the full quote? ” He agreed and then never followed through. When I called back then next morning he said that they couldn’t get anyone to leave the shop. Basically he was just FULL OF EXCUSEs and no results!

I’m not in the auto body business and I don’t know why they seemed so adamant about using insurance. It was just really sketchy, shady, poor business management, and not something I want to support.

Ethos Auto Body is amazing. Had a major dent in the tailgate of a Toyota Tacoma we bought and other shops said we needed to replace it for $4K+. Ethos was able to repair it and made it look brand new for about 1/4 of the price. Their customer service was excellent and they kept us up on the progress. I can’t recommend them enough - 5 stars!
