I recently had the pleasure of watching the Book of Mormon, and I must say, it was a truly entertaining and humorous experience. The show's clever writing and wit had me laughing throughout. However, it is important to note that the production does contain vulgar language and explicit content, so it may not be suitable for all audiences.

The actors' performances were outstanding, showcasing their talent and dedication to their roles. Their delivery of the comedic elements was impeccable, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to the overall experience.

The theater itself has a charming vintage feel, which adds to the ambiance of the show. However, it is worth mentioning that the seating arrangement may not be the most comfortable. The seats are quite small, and the armrests are positioned in a somewhat awkward manner.

Despite these minor drawbacks, the Book of Mormon is a must-see for those who appreciate sharp humor and exceptional acting. Just be prepared for some explicit language and ensure that you are comfortable with the content before attending.

The Book of Mormon was one of the best Broadway shows I’ve watched.

It’s also The Funniest show. Worth a visit!

The staff were friendly - the place was clean and beautiful - lighting and sound was perfect - our seats had a wonderful view and the show was so much fun! The Book of Mormon was hilarious. We enjoyed every moment! Great show.

The building is old, but has its own vibe. Everyone is super welcoming and nice. Went there to see The a Book of Mormon and it was great! Tickets are pricy, but hey, it's Broadway. Definitely recommend

The Book of Mormon play at the Eugene O'Neill Theater is a well written musical comedy from the creators of South Park. I love this type of humor, and I really enjoyed the show. It's not really suitable for kids with all the cursing. The theater itself was fair. Seats are definitely not big enough for average sized Americans, and if there is a 6-foot person sitting in front of you, you will have a hard time watching the performance. Bathrooms weren't big enough and could not hand the intermission crowd. Security and staff were impressive. It's definitely a must-see New York Broadway play experience.

Sad to report that I think this play is now very dated. I see quite a few Broadway shows and this one just seemed to not be entirely relevant. Some laughs but I think had I seen it 10 years ago I might have enjoyed it more. The news references are so different in 2024.
Also, my seats were in the orchestra last row- the staff were VERY loud until I complained to the manager. The noise was distracting and loud. I was disappointed that the staff wasn’t more respectful of the theatre goers.

Great small theatre, very smoothly and efficiently run! Would recommend sitting on the first floor back row, left and right sides, to be closest to the few bathrooms before and during the show.

A NYC classic.
On a recent visit, we had to wait outside in the freezing cold before the performance! Really? Weather should be taken into consideration for performance.

Book of Mormon. Great show. Seats are decent sized and friendly staff. Went during the cold weekend, and they let me stand inside while waiting to get in.

Beautiful theater. The seats are a bit cramped, but that is to be expected. Lovey chandelier.

Loved “Book of Momon”! Pleasant theater, small enough that it is pretty much all “good seats”

Easy to get there, but the amenities leave something to be desired. There is no common area for congregating, and the seating is rather tight.

The theater is stunning however, and those nitpicks just fade away while I gawk in awe.

Show was entertaining, but the temperature of the theater was freezing. I had my heavy winter coat in (it was very cold outside), and I was still cold sitting in the middle of the floor section.

We greatly enjoyed seeing Book of Mormon at the Eugene O'Neill Theatre. Older theater and has so much charm and the staff was so amazing!
