I really don’t know why they have such good ratings. They are horrible racist people I have ever seen. I would never recommend anybody to go there ever does ratings are lies i told my friends and family not to go there I was a new patient. They make me wait two hours. They never register me. They looked at me and ignored me. They kept taking patients that came after me they look at me and ignore me even the Dentist herself. I just sit there even the ladies that were sitting on the desk was not. Acknowledge me I had to go leave because I was about to lose my mind in there I’m 65 years old. I didn’t deserve that horrible races people.

Pleasant ladies at the register as well as dentists. I feel the European atmosphere. I would highly recommend

My experience here was amazing. The office is quiet comfortable and clean. The staff was very pleasant and they handled me with care. I’m so happy I found this office that accepts my insurance.

It was my first visit to Eurodental. Removal of tartar performed by Mrs. Jole. She is very precise and friendly. I recommend.

Great service, professional and friendly staff. You are seen right away and you get text reminders for your appointment. The suite is always clean and welcoming. If you need a dentist look no further Eurodental is it!

Not based on any treatment received. Basically went in for a diagnosis which became a referral to get a bad tooth extracted, to later comeback and work will commence. My 3 stars are for the nice staff, modern clean office, and their attentiveness and professionalism.

This place is full of racist Polish employees. The manager, Magda & the owner, Eva J. Sokal are the most racist & unprofessional commies I've encountered in my life. Then again, what do you expect from communists?

When I scheduled my mother's very first appointment here, the front desk receptionist Joanna scheduled it for the wrong time (30 minute difference). Meanwhile, I had confirmed it verbally by repeating my mother's appointment date & time to Joanna prior to hanging up.

When my mother & I got there for her first appointment, the facial expressions of the front desk staff was as if they were at a cemetery or in a morgue. Magda immediately yelled at us stating that we were 45 minutes late when we were only 10 minutes late due to traffic. I informed her of the correct time my mother was scheduled for.

We are proud Muslim Turks & since my mother wears a head cover, it's very obvious why they are beyond racist. I felt the negative energy from the moment that we walked in there because we were greeted with Magda's rowdy mouth when it is their own staff's fault for putting the incorrect time on the schedule.

The first visit was only a consultation. Dr. Lander was the dentist who saw my mother for all of her visits before we stopped going there. He's truly a great doctor & a sweetheart. Super professional too. I have nothing bad to say about him because he is a good person unlike the front desk staff, along with the manager & owner of this tragic place.

Knowing that my mother was only going there to do 1 filling & 1 root canal, these scamming thieves fraudulently put in authorizations for MULTIPLE codes on behalf of work that they never even did & didn't even talk about doing. In fact, I made it very clear several times to the dentist & front desk staff that my mother will not be getting any extractions or any other work done since their provider/surgeon does not take my mother's insurance. Even after I made myself crystal clear to them, they still went ahead & charged my mother's insurance company for work that was not done or discussed.

I received a letter in the mail & immediately called Fidelis to confirm everything that was written on the letter. I know people have a tendency to assume but unlike others, I actually prefer to get confirmation from more than one person before making any kind of bold claims. Fidelis DentaQuest representatives, manager & supervisor who I spoke with over the phone had confirmed that EuroDental Studio had put in over 10 different authorizations. They explained that they charged Fidelis for all of the authorizations they put in & Fidelis paid them for each one.

Yet, when I called EuroDental about this, the first person I spoke with (Joanna) was clueless like always because she doesn't know what she's doing. Then, I spoke with Magda who lied about not getting paid for any of the authorizations that they falsely submitted to Fidelis.

Fidelis informed me that if my mother was going to get any work done elsewhere, I would need to call EuroDental to have them reverse the authorizations that they never did. Otherwise, my mother will not be able to get approved for those same services if another dentist was to put in an authorization/claim.

I had already informed them that my mother will continue going to NYU Dentistry for other dental work since the experience was beyond unpleasant & unprofessional at this place. Next thing you know, I receive a letter in the mail dated January 19,2023 from Eva Suckal stating, "I will no longer be able to treat you as a patient in my practice. I'm terminating our dentist/patient relationship because it has become clear that the trust & confidence required in it is no longer present between us. " Lolll who said my mother was coming back here anyways? I terminated YOUR fraudulent practice a long time before you wasted your unvaluable time to even write that letter.

I have already reported this place for FRAUD, MALPRACTICE & RACISM to the authorities & appropriate agencies. I have been the reason for why businesses have closed down. Yours is next!

My today’s visit gave me hope, that years of existing dental problems, finally will be solved.
I am happy I took my chance today and stop by the Dr. Sockal’s office
Cleanness of the office, attentiveness of the personnel, strikes from the first moment.
Looking forward to get my treatment done.
