They do not have a lighted magnifer.missed a lot of hair. If I tell the waxer, the wax is too hot, it's too hot. She went over one side twice and left me with a burn. If there was a place to post it, I would share the picture.

Please make sure you ask for a red level or orange level waxer. This location has mostly blue level and let me tell you they take forever instead of a quick 15min appointment it takes like 40mins with blue level because at this level they are brand new and not super experienced. Plus idk why but at this location I never get the same waxer twice whats that about not everyone is comfortable just showing their kitty to whoever and they don't even call to tell you that your waxer has been changed. Completely unprofessional and while I was there I saw 3 people reach for the door handle and no one was cleaning in between made me glad I packed gloves, so as to not touch that disease riddled handle.

What I like about this place are definitely 2 things: is really clean and you can probably ask for Spanish speakers employees. But it depends on the location.
People here are very gentle and you can go in to ask for appointment at the moment or for another day.
If you're a person who is doing wax for the first time, please don't shave with a razor-sharp 2 or 3 days before your appointment. Also if you take any acne medication that is not topical, comunicate that to the working staff so you don't get any skin irritation or any contra-indications.

Kimberly was so gentle with my skin, as well as making sure i always felt comfortable. Definitely booking another appointment with her!

This place is amazing! My waxer Merona was extremely professional and went over all the steps she took while waxing me. She took her time to make sure I was comfortable. The receptionists were incredibly attentive and kind I believe it was Erica who set me up with my next appointment and my wax package!

My most recent experience was wonderful. After sharing my concerns with Daniella, at the front desk, about my last wax, she was so helpful and shared with me company policy, which I was not aware of, to ensure I had the best experience this time around. She also made sure to pair me with a waxing professional that matched my exact needs.

I saw Amanda, who was so efficient, in no rush, clean and professional. Highly recommend her!

Just tried this place for the first time and I must say I had a great experience! The front desk girls were very nice as well as the person I was paired with, Vanessa, was so sweet and a great technician! Although I was sweating so much due to the fear of pain she killed it and removed every single hair as painlessly as possible. I highly recommend her! Will definitely go back and request Vanessa!

My first impression of European Wax is that it was very professional clean and neat. Loved the decor. The person I was paired with wasnt so great. She was professional in that she explained everything she was doing and why. It was my second time getting a wax and I was very uncomfortable. She made me more uncomfortable telling me to relax. Instead I got really tense and nervous so I startedsweating. She proceeded to say bc I was sweating so much I was staring to smell and she needed to turn on the air. Understandable but still humiliating. As she went on she told me I waited to long to get the wax and made me feel somewhat guilty. When my appointment was finally over at the front desk (fortunately no other clients were there) she again explained why I needed to come back sooner and I still have some hairs left because I couldnt relax. I want to give this place another chance with someone else so I can recommend a good place for my friends to go. But I do still pretty embarrassed from my first visit there. Not too sure if I want to return.
