So Ive been using this wax center for 3 years and have 2 wax passes. Shareen is one of the best waxers there and is Amazing but the front dest service has fallen off i waited 2hours and had to watch the waxers fight over who was waxing who.it was not professional and this is why i will be going to a different location. I don’t feel relax at all there its always so much tension. I give 3 stars because of the treatment of the desk girls.double booking and changing waxers last minute is not okay. You don’t want just anyone waxing your v area seriously.

I always have a great experience at this location. The front desk staff is usually very warm and friendly, as well as my wax specialist Elizabeth, she is truly the best and she’s always very patient and professional. Would definitely recommend this location and its staff to anyone!

I came in a few minutes early and they helped me right away. Karelis was great. She waxed me super quick and everything was completely clean. When it came to taking off the hard wax she snatched it really fast so it was painless and she actually waxed all the hair off (didn’t miss a spot!). Very professional and super informative.
