After having a bad experience with eyebrow waxing many years ago where my brows were extremely over waxed I stopped getting my brows done professionally. A friend suggested European wax center for their style of only cleaning up brows rather than changing their shape or removing them. I tried a location near my college and I was very satisfied. I continued using the company when I arrived home and their other locations were excellent. I recently moved and decided to get my usual service at this location near my place. Nervous about the new location I explained that I did not want the middle of my brows touched much as that usually is the area some over wax. After the treatment I looked briefly at the center of my brows and they seemed fine- they were intact. When I got home and looked in a lighted bathroom mirror I quickly realized that although the center of my brows that I explicitly said I did not want changed were fine the rest of my eyebrows were nearly gone. I was devastated and my few days off from work were ruined with grief. I know from past experience it will take at least a year for my brows to grow back. I called this location back and explained the issue. They said a manager would reach out to help ameliorate this issue. I never heard from them. I called back and the person at reception said their manager “of course” does not work on the weekend. I never post bad reviews as I dislike the nature of complaints and believe there are more constructive and compassionate ways to deal with an issue. However, after not hearing from a manager about a serious issue I am posting this review. Additionally, I would not want my experience to happen to someone else.

Lovely front desk staff. I've seen Lesy a couple times now for a Brazilian, she's very attentive and thorough. I have issues with my joints and couldn't bend properly and she accommodated me with ease.

My technician was Lesi and she was aaaamazing! She had a very kind soul and made me feel at ease, as I hadn't been waxed in quite some time. She followed safety procedures and protocol, all the while showing empathy by being attentive and sensitive to my needs. Her room was immaculate and clean-a huge plus in my books! And for the record, she also did a superb job of waxing! After all, once again-it's been a minute since I had a wax! So worth it!

Been here many times and by far Chantal is the best! She made it super painless and easy to get done. Really sweet and extremely professional and amazing at what she does. Thank u so much Chantal I will def be back soon!

Chantel is phenomenal; she is definitely the best EWC specialist I’ve ever had! She was friendly and welcoming, and had notable attention to detail. I will definitely return to this location to continue with her services

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I was exactly 9 minutes late to my appt and was told that due to their 9 minute late policy I could not get to my appt. I then came back 1.5 hrs later and had to wait a few minutes to check in, which I was then rejected AGAIN for being exactly 9minutes late even though I had to wait for at least a minute before checking in. Absolutely terrible service and communication the entire time. Will not revisit.

Friendly and efficient staff.whether its your 1st time getting waxed or youre a veteran they listen tonyour needs and concerns.

These chicks are seriously good at hair removal. It's the least painful waxing I've ever had by a lot and I've been there many times, always with a different girl.

Called to make a reservation, yet there was a restriction on my account. The woman who was helping me was trying to figure out why after putting me on hold a few times I started talking to her and I heard someone in the background speaking. After that she said i don’t know she’s over here telling me her whole life story and hung up the phone on me. When I called back they couldn’t tell me who I was speaking with obviously covering for one another. I have been coming to European wax centers for almost 10 years and never had an experience like the one I had today. I would never go to that location after what I heard.

I had a very positive and pleasant experience and the results was great! I will definitely come back!
