I have pain swelling, Burning and discoloration in my third toe sense October 9,2020 after Dr. Evans Breth did a Debridement with biopsy on my Forth toe and cut it shorter than what it was he never told me he was going to do a Debridement and cut my toe shorter and cut my tendon I found out he did all of that after putting the word debridement on YouTube and that's how I found out the definition of debridement. He never once disclosed the fact he would be cutting my toe. All that was stated was he would do a biopsy. Only after spending 6 days in the hospital and went home I saw that my toe was significantly shorter than what it was after I removed the bandage. I was never told in the hospital that my toe was cut. The only thing they said was that the procedure that took place was causing all of my pain.
