Evans Septic Tank Service, Mahopac NY

Showed up next day, located my septic tank lid and cleaned the tank out. I didn't know the exact location but Mike was incredibly patient and had a fantastic attitude throughout. Extremely impressed and grateful, I highly recommend these folks and will be counting on them in the future.

You won't regret making that call to Evans. I came home from the hospital with my newborn to a leak in my basement. I called after hours and Andrew tried to walk me through the process to troubleshoot the issue over the phone. He was at my house in no time and resolved the issue right away. Thanks again Andrew, you have a customer for life.

Poop will always be a funny topic but, I am so so pleased with this company! They were quick to come out, very informative, and am a very very satisfied customer. Needed an emergency septic pumping. Office was responsive and was able to coordinate a pumping same day (within a couple hours). Andrew was professional and informative. Would recommend.

My septic tank was full, when I called to request a cleaning they said they had an opening in 5 days, but when I explained what was happening, they said someone would be out the same day or following day, which ended up being a few hours from when I called. They came cleaned out the tank and also had to snake the line. Both the the septic and guy who came to snake the line were professional and kept the work area clean and me updated about what was going on.

Yesterday Evans came to clean out my Septic Tank. They were wonderful, courteous and reasonable. I have used them for the past 22 years and HIGHLY recommend them.

I called, Mr. Evan’s of Evan’s Septic and his son Andrew came and immediately went to work and diagnosed the problem. So after flushing a few times the water still would not go down. He went back to his shop picked up his truck and tools and was back. Cleared the clean out and we where back in service. Amazing service. I am always so happy to see them.

We called for gurgling heard in tub and toilets not flushing. Andrew came by right away and inspected and discovered and fixed our problem. He is Professional, courteous, and reliable. I highly recommend him and his company. They work with you and their prices are very reasonable and affordable.

Had a septic emergency where the tank needed to be pumped which resulted in a leak in my basement. Mike showed up in a pretty pink trunk (which melted my heart as my mom was a breast cancer warrior) and resolved the issue in less than an hour. Price was good and Mike was such a delight.

Saturday night the septic tank backed up, and needed to be pumped out right away. Called Evans to request service on Sunday morning, and they accepted the challenge immediately! Andrew showed up before 8 a.m. And had completed the job in a little over one hour. Amazing! Evans is obviously Knowledgeable, Competent, and Responsive; and I highly recommend them!

Awesome company. Highly recommend. Had an emergency this past weekend where the septic tank backed up into the house. This was more than just a pump and done service call. Andrew arrived soon after my call, pumped the tank and determined that there were additional problems to resolve. He did not stop until everything was clear and running properly.

We were having an issue with our septic, it needed to be pumped asap. I called Evans at 915am and by 10am they were at my house to pump my septic. The woman Fran I spoke to was lovely and the man who came to my house was wonderful helping my husband. I will definitely be referring them to friends and family as well as using them in the future! The best was compared to other companies in the area they weren't overly priced or needed a weeks notice to schedule a pumping.
