We have been using them for years in our high-end salon in North Carolina. We enjoy the staff, the owner of the company and the continued support we always received from this company 100 out of 100.

I've been using Event Radio Rentals for about two years now. Unlike Bearcom they always seem to have radios when I need them, and they are always responsive. I'm still waiting for a call back from Bearcom from a year ago. There service has seemed to take a nosedive over the past few years.

I usually deal with Jennifer Rosen at Event Radio Rentals, she responds to my emails faster than I can type them. Her customer service is 100% customer focused and she always makes an effort to go above and beyond.

In a nutshell, I couldn't be happier with my experience with this company and will be using them for years to come.

Easy to work with, accommodating, and knowledgeable - a great company to work with for radio rentals! They almost always have units available last-minute, and ship radios nationally to events around the country.

Working with Event Radio Rentals couldn't be easier and shipping is a breeze! We work with them exclusively for our two-way radio needs several times a year and have no complaints!

I rented from Event Radio Rentals as my main internet service install for my warehouse ended up taking longer than expected. My first rental was for a week. At the end of that contract (as stated by the contract) I was to be charged for any data overages. I was not contacted about any overages or charged so I assumed I was on the right plan. I extended my contract for a month. At the end of the month I was then contacted about significant overages for both time periods (and they acknowledged it was an oversight and error on their part not to charge me after the first week). Save yourself the stress and money and go with a prepaid hotspot from a carrier (such as AT&T). They charge $90 for 100GB (vs. $31.50 for 1GB).

Im going to tell you right now that these people have the worst customer service. These people do not want to admit any of their mistakes.

I made an order on Saturday.at the time of the order I did not know where this company resides.its the first time i use them. So I go ahead with a rental and asked for it to be delivered on Tuesday; the site let me place the order with the delivery options without a problem. I get an email and a call on Monday saying that now I need to pay for over night. Im sorry as a company you should honor the shipping cost no matter what. I've worked for and designed website for several companies that have ran into this issue and ate the cost. Now they want me to pay for it after its their mistake.

The persona i spoke to was Jennifer. She was not attentive and not wanting to help out. So discouraging through the whole thing that she kept on saying I was screaming at her and was cursing the whole conversation so she didn't have to deal with the fact that I was right and didn't want to pay for the shipping. Now Im waiting for my refund and lets see if they give it to me.
