Everyone there is friendly and great customer service. After checking in, a digital notification is sent and it is very convenient as it lets you know the progress of the service to your car.

Came in for inspection for my very expensive sports car. While waiting and eating at local bagel spot I hear my car revving loudly and screeching the tires down the street. I look and see my car. The owner Josh decided to take it for a joy ride. Very unprofessional to beat on a customers car. When I confronted him he said he was testing for inspection. What a joke this place is. Will never be back.
