We are so happy to finally be working with a company who cares about our customers security and our company. They offer great prices, great customer service and great help. They are good at staying in contact and making sure we stay in compliance. Even though we're a small business they still treat us like we matter. This change has been great for our company. This company is absolutely ridiculous! We had our terminal a whole month maybe when they tacked on so many fees that out of 140.00 worth of cards processed we o my got 23.04 of our money! They absolutely mis sell their product, never tell you about all the fees and “contract” that you sign yourself into because after all you read all that in that 50 page fine print of terms and conditions that they want you to E sign and send right back in. I mean because it would be so hard to verbally relay that to the buyer, right? I am grateful that they have listened to my argument and decided to let me terminate my “contract” and close my account without having to pay the 495.00 early termination fee, since only having 1 month and have only used 1 time but it still doesn’t excuse the fact of how they misguide you into thinking one thing and it being totally the opposite! This does not even compare to the some of the rude customer service I had to endure during this whole month either! Absolutely horrible company and staff!

Cancelled my account a year ago and still getting charged today.called them three times and they have taken over $1000 from me and still not cancelled. This is a shady company and the black guy Carlton or whoever just laughs at you while you beg to cancel your account.what a joke of a company.

EVO Payments is without question the worst merchant services payment provider I have ever had the misfortune of using. Besides being fee heavy for small merchants, when you finally TRY to leave upon contract expiration you will be treated to the most unethical level of business conduct imaginable. Obfuscation of fact, double talk and egregious conduct seems to be part of EVO Merchant Payments customer service training. Please do yourself a favor, do not use this company to handle your merchant card services. In over 40 years of using merchant card processors, I have never had as bad an experience as I have had using EVO.

My business has not had a good experience with this company. Phone calls are run arounds all day. The staff they use dont handle accounts properly and customer service is not helpful at all. Take your business somewhere else. They have a defensive attacking attitude towards clients. Oh before you sign any contract thats $500 for early cancel and trust me you will want to cancel before your 3 years is up bc this is a shady company,

Over twenty-five years in the retail business and we have never had better service nor felt more comfortable as we are with Alan Shapiro and EVO. We understand the numbers and know that we didn't get the royal treatment that a large volume user would, however Alan Shapiro makes us feel like EVO's most important customer.
