I ordered an exam table on March 2nd. My credit card was charged promptly. I received no information on my order and had to call the company. I was told that I had not been charged for shipping; so, another email was sent and another amount paid. My credit card was charged promptly. I then received an email stating that my order would be complete between 4-10 and 4-20. As we approached completion date, which I mistakenly assumed was complete to me, I called the company and asked for an update. I did not get a call back; but, I received an email on 4-19 stating that they had until 4-20. I then called on 4-22. Again, I received no call back; and, received an email asking if I received the previous email stating that I would get an update after 4-20. Being that it was 4-22, I asked for the customer service rep to call and please provide an update or a refund. I received no call and no further email update. I called and texted the owner of the company and received no response. I called on 4-25 and again asked for an update. I received an email stating that there was still no timeframe on my order. I asked for a refund through both call and text and received no response. At this point, I have a very serious concern that I am out over $1000 that will be unrecoverable.

Extremely responsive customer service, all problems were sorted out immediately and professionally.

Aaron, Eli, Brandon and Charles were fantastic. Needed a bunch of tables in a hurry and couldn’t find them anywhere. Was even having trouble in the used table market finding something suitable. Aaron came through and got me new tables in less than half the time of most the other quotes that were given to me. Really helped me out. Thanks. Would recommend them to anyone and will be using them again for any future tables or equipment needs.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Doesn’t do what they say. Horrible customer service, quite rude when delivery was 3 months after ordering products. And white glove delivery is a joke. More like do it yourself. Would not recommend to anyone.

So far I have been very pleased with the prompt, kind qulaity service that I have received from this company. I called for a quotation, and was able to receive it so fast from Aaron & his team. They are quick to respond and attend to all my needs. I have confirmed my order and they are on top of things, communicating with me the entire way.

Once I receive my order, I will return to give a final review on product quality and delivery quickness.

Unfortunately 2 of the 3 tables ordered were incorrect, shorter without nose holes. Upon discovery of the error Exam Tables direct quickly set up a claim and reordered the correct tables. Because the tables are made to order I am now waiting another month to 6 weeks at least for the correct ones to arrive. I am happy with Exam Tables Direct handling of the situation and believe it was the manufactures error in shipping the wrong tables.

Rapid response to my inquiry, accommodated my questions and concerns regarding the product. We are a nonprofit clinic and Aaron helped us secure the best price to meet our budget.

Sales rep was very responsive and followed up appropriately. I received a lower quote initially elsewhere but he was able to beat that quote so I received the lowest price of the quotes I received here. I haven't received the product yet (as expected) so this review is just of the sales process at this point.

I initially ordered six tables. Four were expedited so I paid another $1,000 on top of the $2000+ initial shipping. All this did was get the tables delivered from around the country delivered to the Orlando area within a week. This was in mid-September. Unfortunately, it took another three weeks of daily calling, and four shipping companies involved, before my tables were delivered. I thought all was good, but alas, the pallet containing the table pads was not delivered with the tables. It does beg the question that if I paid $1,000 extra to get four tables delivered from all around the country, how did all the pads end up on one pallet? This left me with four tables, but no table pads, essentially making them useless. The tables were delivered on a Friday and I was given an “exemption number”. I wad instructed to call on Monday, my table pads would be found and delivered. Needless to say no table pads were found snd I still have no idea where they are. I have paid another $1,000+ to have pads made in the interim so I can start seeing clients. Exam Table Direct has been useless and the shipping companies are overwhelmed and have no idea where my missing pallet is. I have cancelled my last two tables as I don’t need this kind of stress in my life. I would never recommend this company to anyone as it has been month’s of frustration and additional costs. I called to speak to the supervisor, Aaron, who never returned a single phone call. I then learned that Aaron is the owner of the company. I then received a call from a shipping company who said that none of this was Aaron’s fault and that this shipping company accepted full responsibility for the missing cushions. They stated it would be their number one priority to get these cushions delivered. I have never received one update on the status and all I get when I have spoken with my contact is they have located the cushions and are just waiting for them to be delivered. I have offered to get a truck, drive to Orlando and pick up my cushions and apparently i cannot do this.i didn’t buy my table and cushions from a shipping company, I bought them from exam tables direct. They appear to take no responsibility and have washed their hands of this whole ordeal. I believe when a debacle of this magnitude occurs you do everything to satisfy the customer. They could have offered to deliver me four other tables until mine came and they picked their four loaners up. They could have offered to swap out my four cushionless tables for four with cushions. They could have done many things to show they had an interest in me as a client, but have done nothing except to say they are working on it. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Apparently Aaron, the owner, was upset that some of my employees, who are using these table with makeshift pads gave poor reviews. Thats when he involved the shipper. I don’t need excuses or blame, I just need what I paid for. If I could give zero stars I would. I have many other employees who are using these tables who have not sent in reviews. I wish he would step up and remedy this horrid situation.

I am an injector at a prominent Med spa in Florida and these exam tables were delivered extremely late and without cushions, believe it or not. My manager had to build cushions to fit these tables. Needless to say the makeshift cushions we had to come up with on our own don’t fit properly and we are still waiting for the cushions that were meant to go with the tables. Exam Tables Direct has non existent customer service as well. Feels like a scam medical company. Just order your medical tables elsewhere is my best advice:/

This company is a complete scam! Do not order from this company! I spent over $12,000 ordering multiple exam room tables for my office. They falsely advertise that they have products in stock when they have nothing in stock. They told me after my tables never arrived that the ones I ordered were actually not in stock even though their website says that they are in stock. Then they told me if I purchased the more expensive exam tables those are in stock and they would be delivered right away. I spent the extra money and got these more expensive exam room tables. They still have not sent me anything and I get no response from anybody in the company that can help me. I now have a brand new office with many rooms with no exam room tables because I purchased my tables through this horrible company. Please do not let them take a vantage of you like they have me. Order on Amazon or someplace else. These are pictures of two of my many exam rooms with no beds because this company is a complete scam. Do not order here.

The company I work for spent over $10,000 dollars for exam tables that have never been received. This company is a fraud. Brand new rooms and still no tables. They talked him up to purchasing the more expensive ones due to being in stock. Now we have 2 rooms, that we need asap and no tables. Of course when tried to reach out to the company no one is able to assist us. FRAUD-avoid this company!
