This place in my opinion is one of the best if not the best urgent cares around. Unfortunately I had to go again but this time on my lunch break. Bianca and Seth were beyond nice, understanding and super accommodating with getting me in and out during a very busy time of day. I will always recommend Excel Urgent Care!

I had a friendly and professional experience at Excel Urgent Care of Wantagh, NY. After a brief stop at the front desk to submit my information, I was asked to enter an exam room. My vitals were quickly taken. I then spoke with the PA, Julia, who was very knowledgeable and understanding of my situation. I highly recommend visiting this urgent care center.

I was very happy with the care my husband received both times we had appointments here. The doctors took their time and ensured that they provided the best possible treatment and advice to alleviate the issues he was experiencing. I also have to mention Steve G who goes above and beyond in his responsibilities and is an asset to the practice!

Staff and Physician Assistant were extremely helpful, empathetic and efficient. For all urgent needs, i always visit that particular office.

I was treated promptly & courteously. The problem was diagnosed & I was prescribed medication which has eased the symptoms. The service is much better than going to your dr for routine problems.

I have to say this facility is very well run. The PA I had today was incredible. She took the time to examine me thoroughly, thoughtfully and made recommendations for best course of treatment for my Upper Respiratory Infection. Also she went over a few other health things with me. I left there feeling like I was heard respected and treated. The assistants are great as is reception area.

Seth, Bianca & Julia Pierre were all Fabulous! The front desk checked us in quickly & efficiently, and Seth was a master at calming my very nervous teen! (She was scared of the strep test, due to a bad experience elsewhere.) Seth was patient, kind & ultimately very good at his job! I’d seen Julia, myself, a few weeks prior for a cut across my eyebrow, and she did such a fantastic job, no one sees any scar. (She was also Remarkably patient with me - terrified of stitches in my face.).
I would recommend Excel Urgent Care in Wantagh to everyone! They’re Wonderful!
