Excuria Salon and Spa, Williamsville NY

Salon Excuria told me that they have A new tipping machine that we “must” use to tip our stylist! However they (Beth) did not inform me that there is a “service charge” added to the tipping transaction. It would have been nice to have that knowledge before using the machine! Another client behind me was equally upset about that plus the fact that they did not give her a receipt with it either! And she had to Tip “3 “ different people! My question is… Why isn’t management covering the service charges? Seriously! People are walking through your parking lot COMPLAINING! If they are worried about COVID then have several TIP BOXES that clients can drop the tips into for each stylist working that day and don’t touch it for the allotted time frame it’s Covid safe.

I have used Excuria Salon and Spa for many services, including manicures, pedicures, waxing, spray tans, and lash lift. Every service has been professional, high quality, and friendly. All the technicians are talented and proficient and easy to talk with. You can tell they care about the services they provide. I would highly recommend Excuria and their staff for any spa services. PS: I highly recommend Melissa for nails and Nicole for waxing.

Each and every time you try to make an appointment they’re fully booked. They say they take walk-ins but six times was unsuccessful doing so. They should leave more spots open for males and females they are looking to use their services. And, please change your voicemail message.it sounds like a real person answers then a customer begins talking and then a voice mail goes on -annoying

I love Excuria! ️️ It’s always clean, they strictly follow all Covid protocols. I have been getting manicures and pedicures. The pedicures are soooo relaxing and your feet look fantastic! Manicures make your nails look amazing! Cassidy is the best! All of the employees are always so friendly and relatable! ! You must go here it’s a great experience no matter what you get done! ️️

I’ve been seeing Eva for a few facial appointments now and she is the absolute best. She is very informative about my skin’s needs and each time she examines my skin to see what she needs to do at that appointment instead of just doing the same thing every time (like I’ve experienced elsewhere). She is so so sweet & I look forward to my appointment with her every time! Also my skin always looks so smooth and AMAZING after my service. I highly recommend Excuria and also highly recommend seeing Eva!

They have a very welcoming atmosphere and special touches everywhere! Had a Mini Spa (facial & massage) for my birthday and left feeling like I was on cloud 9!

My daughter came in for a special day today, she’s starting middle school, and we could not be more pleased. She had a haircut with Katie (I think we have her name right, adorable-bangs-glasses-part time) and she took so much time. She talked right to my daughter, asked her about school and whatnot, and generally made her feel very comfortable. Her cut turned out perfect! Her hair looks healthier than it has in months! Next, she had an eyebrow appointment. The ladie’s name escapes me, but she was well spoken, blonde, and very funny! Getting the hair on your face ripped out for the first time is never fun, yet somehow she made it wonderful! We will be coming back over and over. I highly recommend this salon/spa. From the second we walked in to the moment we left we felt comfortable, taken care of, and like we were in the hands of very knowledgeable professionals.

We took our daughters here for summer hair cuts. We were able to get appointments next day and got checked in right on time. Cory did an amazing job on both of their styles, understanding what they wanted and styling their hair perfectly. He was great with both of them and they’ve raved about their hair style and experience the entire day.

Picked up a fist certificate for my wife. She had a great experience! Will be going back for sure.

Friendly and professional staff. They're VERY busy but make sure to say hi, offer a drink and make you feel welcomed. Rachel is fantastic at Men's haircuts and all the other services she provides. They have beer!

Love it here. Love massages with Valerie and nail services with Taylor. Luxury without going too expensive, worth it every time.

Great place for massages, free steam shower afterwards is worth taking. The price for a massage is the same price as any other place but the experience is well worth going there.

I had a wonderful maternity massage there. Can't wait to go back for another relaxing massage soon!

Just left salon after 4th time for trying to get my color straight. Andrea the manager called me a scam artist. For a manager to speak to a customer like that is unbieveable. I asked her what I scammed. She then told me all her staff thought I was a scam artist. How do you scam your hair being processed 4 times in 5 weeks. Who does that? I have put a call into the owner and I'm waiting to hear back. Will keep you posted

Very relaxing and professional, they think of everything to make you feel at home and comfortable. I got a Swedish massage it was perfect.

I always go to Excuria for anything I need, or want done.

Tonight I went in and got my hair cut and styled by Corey and WOW! He is phenomenal. So friendly. Really communicates what he's doing and why. He's one of the best stylists I've had there (and I've been to a few- they are all good).

Eva did my brows. She is friendly and kind. They look spectacular.

I have tried at least seven different places for gel polish. Excuria is the only place where the chemicals don't seem to seep into my skin and wear down my nail beds within two applications. (I have to take a break every six months or so, but the techs are careful to take care of my nail health). They're pricey, but you get what you pay for, I believe.

My back pain has not returned for over a week! Jim, my massage therapist was skilled to the max and a wealth of knowledge!

The nail technicians were friendly and offered suggestions on our pedicures the one nail tech completed a French pedicure on the spot she did a wonderful job
