Called in to enquire about renting. Took 4 or 5 tries to get ahold of someone, and when I finally did, the guy answering (with what sounded like kids playing in the background) sounded like I'd just interrupted his birthday dinner. I asked about availability, and was immediately give a short "nothing", and then silence. Nothing past that. Told them that I appreciated their time, and they just responded with a "yep", and hung up.

Will be sure to avoid this location, and steer any of my friends looking to book exotics from dealing with this branch in the future.

The exotic car manager Louis made me feel very comfortable during a crazy time. I rented two cars from enterprise exotics and they were high end and brand new. I recommend enterprise for you rental needs. Louis went the extra mile to make sure I was a happy customer. Thanks.

I rented a Maserati from Joshua and David for my brothers prom. The experience was amazing. It was like I knew them for years, the customer service was exceptional. I wish I have 2 more proms to attend, just so I can rent another care. I absolutely recommend.

I had a wonderful experience at exotic car collection. I rented a Maserati for prom and Joshua was so helpful. He explained the cost to us and was very understanding. Overall, I highly recommend y’all go to him in great neck.

RENTER BEWARE:

I would give zero stars if that were possible.

The ONLY "exotic" car they had was the Aston Martin Vantage ($750 per day), which still smelled new with just 1200 miles on it, but the brakes were EMBARRASSINGLY loud.

They let me know that they "don't inspect the car between renters".

They also claimed we could continue renting the car but then they changed their mind and rented it out while we still had the car and then they proceeded to demand we return the car right away (which they knew was impossible at that time).
They then charged us 3,000 for being "a day late".

If you are serious about cars, Enterprise of Great Neck is NOT for you.

I rented a Maserati grantursimo sport from here for my husband's birthday, customer service is 10 out 10, vehicle was clean with low mileage. Very accommodating and helpful. I only gave 4 stars because their selection was limited, however they said they were in the process of expanding and would be adding more cars. But highly recommend renting from here.

Managed extremely well. Paperwork and pickup service were very quick. Valencia and Adriana were absolutely great and the car they gave me was beautiful.
