5Went in yesterday to buy one thing and came out multiple stuff. The manager hesus looked busy but he assisted me on the sale floor and even checked up on me in the fitting room grabbing me different size. Excellent service!
Lazy employees, one girl with a cast on ringing a line of 10 people. Skinny tan guy laughs when asked if anyone can help. This is on a Saturday mind you. With the other employees hidden in corners folding shirts.makes sense.

Express has very beautiful clothes and up to date styles. There clothes are very well made a sophisticated look.
I shop at express often, but unfortunately, that is going to change. I made a purchase recently, but I noticed it was damaged when I got home. The next day I went o return the item and told the sales associate the item was damaged. After the return, I saw the sales associate put the security tag back on the item and put it back on a hanger. Seeing that they do that, I will not be returning to purchase items there since it seems they don't care if the item is damaged or not.
