It happened to me before and today again the same s*it Definitely won’t go back, I paid $27 for nothing … poor service, they don’t take any time to clean the cars. The car is more dirty than how it was before. Please don’t waste your money over there, find another car wash

It is the 2nd time i come here paid for the "gold" service and they did not do a good job, so dissapointed! They did not wash my mats i have to pay extra for that! Hello i am paying for gold! Beware of this place! They are not that great!

Here’s the thing with this place. Go when they first open at 8 while no one is there and you’ll get the wash you want. They’ll take their time and have a full crew on the one car. Anytime after 9am when they get busy and forget it. It’s a rush job and if you get 2 guys on your car you are out of luck. Quality over quantity could better suit them.

What!? !? !? Do you have sand paper attached to your wash brushes? I've never seen a car so scratched after leaving a car wash! Replace your equipment, clean your equipment, do something!

By far the worst out there. They give your vehicle a quick half-hearted spray of soap and then proceed to use a single brush on a stick to scrub the car from front to back without a single dip of the brush. If you love microscratches and swirl marks from having the dirt and grime you wanted removed from your car forced into the paint, then this is your place. Add to that the fact that they are charging $20 even for an exterior only and I am not sure how they stay in business. No automated chamois, just two guys with filthy brushes on sticks that will leave your car worse off than when you pulled in and your wallet that much lighter. Do yourself and your car a favor and stay far away!

I went to get my car washed today and was very happy with the way the car came out when finished. I am however, extremely displeased with the women working behind the counter which is why I only gave one star. She was unpleasant and seemed as though I was bothering her. What terrible customer service. She should clearly find another line of work if she is so miserable.

Went there today & would NEVER go back there. TERRIBLE CAR WASH! Won't waste my time & go into much details but JUST BRING YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE

First time and unfortunately for the price and the work the i received was not good.tires weren't shine, spots around the car and the inside was still dirty.

This place is horrible. They do a horrible job at cleaning the car. The lady who works inside has a nasty attitude. Also if anything happens to your car while they are washing it they will try to blame you and say that it came like that. I understand you guys aren't going to pay it but at least don't be nasty about the whole situation. I would strongly not recommend this place to anyone you're better off going somewhere else.

I’ve been using Exp. 55 for years but have grown tired of their lack of quality over time. Usually they’d do stuff like missing spots on the car to wash, leaving the interior dirty or not vacuuming or even throwing out the garbage inside. Nothing crazy for me to leave a bad review online. One time I told a worker about 5 times to clean a certain spot and each time he did a lousy job, in which I ended up asking him for a rag instead and doing it myself which took me 5 seconds. I did the mistake of taking it here another time and found a HUGE scratch on my hood. I wouldn’t have cared if it was a small scratch or anything, but this went about 10 inches across my hood and not even a professional detailer was able to remove it. It’s a shame with this company really.

Horrible experience they scratched up my whole car brand new car they use dirty towels I wouldn’t recommend bringing your new car there!
