Great company! From the sales department to upper management. This company cares about their people and their customers!

When there to buy a wet saw for cutting tiles they didn't have what I wanted but when I try getting info on some other one they had, it took them almost 20 minutes to find out the price.

I was reading some of these reviews and the “old man” mentioned has been working there since extech’s fruition. My father’s company picks up materials multiple times a week and spends copious amounts of money to work in a timely manner. I understand waiting could be utterly tedious, but there is no business who won’t tend to their prime customers first. It’s called business management. If you want a mediocre gallon of paint, go to Home Depot and leave the “old man” alone.

This place has everything for construction. My favorite place to buy material. The Guy at the front Door is very good at getting people in and out. Long Island city branch is the best. I highly recommend this place for good service and quality material.

Dont use this distributor the branch in brooklyn had an employee stealing checks and now they are lying saying it never happend very shady company

Extech is very helpful with a variety of materials that they carry, but if you're in a hurry, don't go there. Customer service suck. VERY SLOWWWWW.

Terrible customer service. We ordered and paid. We gave the tickets to the dispatcher at the door, who only had 2 tickets in his hand. We waited over 40 minutes for one (1) 5gallon pail product. Meanwhile some customers gave their tickets to the fork lift guys and get serviced immediately. Then when we asked why we had to wait so long, the guy's response was "did you wait at least an hour" as he laughed. And this was on a slow morning due to inclement weather. The parking lot only had around 6 vehicles parked.

Worst and expensive.
So bad service they gave me 1 pound capping nails for 8 dollars and 3 piece of wire mash for 25 dollars and I wait for this almost 1 hour and outside the employees were talking about.unbelievable
