Extra Space Storage, Brooklyn NY

After 4 months renting a storage unit they raised me 80.00 NO warning. I went from 120.00 a month to now 200.00 Said “they sent a post card “. I never received a post card. How about email text? I am so upset I literally felt like I was being robbed. They offered to allow me to move to a different location if they have one available. Totally unfair! I am absolutely disgusted.

I've Been with Extra Space for years now, the staff has always been accommodating to my storage needs. I would recommend anyone to this storage facility based on my Positive Experience. Thanks for all the assistance and continued customer service throughout the years.

She was super attentive and very informative.

This is my second time requiring a transfer on my storage to another one in the same location. Patricka and Stacy were very helpful showed me all my options. They assisted me into the process. I was undecided and not sure what to do.luckily, they helped me make the right decision.
